50/50
I don't like Khan so i'm 50/50 with him getting the fight. I want to see him lose on one hand, unfortunately he'll complain about that. The other hand, I want to see him not get it so that he complains. I enjoy his ridiculous quotes. Either way, it ends with him complaining. So maybe it's actually a lose lose.
old school
Before the 15 weight classes or whatever what old school weight class would the fight between these two be? I'm too lazy to google right noq.
I honestly don't pay attention much when i watch but does Andre Ward cover the same position that Roy Jones does during the broadcast or is Ward more post fight analyzer?
I will not lie. Amir Khan and Roach are the two boxing characters I do not like but I read all their comments to see what crazy thing they say each time. As far as KO predictions. He does it and eventually he'll get one right and be like, "Hah! I told you guys."
I hate talk about things such as killer instinct. It's only a product of results. If Manny had knocked out every opponent since Cotto, no one would say,"you know what, I don't think he has the killer instinct anymore." It's only after nothing happens where people look for something to be gone. Manny himself wouldn't say the killer instinct was gone if he had scored knockouts. Get out of here.
hmmmm
Just based on human nature, I'm curious how much of picking berto was to get khan pissed. Floyd has be just like the rest of us sometimes. Not that I wanted khan but I enjoy khan being a cry baby.
I don't see the problem. If he's not meant to be big time then he'll never be big time. If he is then he will be. Fighting and beating another b level really does nothing to prove you're elite. Just let him face another "A" level fighter. That's the only way to know anything. Internet people complaining he isnt ready doesnt help the cause either. Let him sink or swim. It's actually simple.
I like Danny because he TKO'ed Khan. We're good forever. As far as the dislike goes, it's more of how he is booked, haha i'm a wrestling fan, rather than Danny the person. For some reason in boxing, you get a lot of hate when you officially win fights the fans thought you should have lost. Unfair or not, that's how it goes with folks.
Things like this wouldn't be a problem if fighters simply said they were chasing big money fights instead of belts or credibility. That goes for canelo and ggg. Just be honest.
Is Khan really that big of a draw where Golden Boy wants him to be so successful? Ive only been into boxing a couple years maybe but all i see is them hyping him up along with self-hype but him not doing so well in the ring. Someone fill me in.
Is anyone bothered by the fact that his trainer always talks for him. I don't think Devon should talk unless he wants to but if anyone is allowed to it should be the fighters. It's one thing if everyone in the camp talks but it always only seems to be Cunningham.
