The only way I reckon he would be better at 140 is with regards to stamina and a bit more power. However, 140 has naturally bigger guys who can take a better shot so rios will not have the advantages he has at 135 over his competition.
His skills definately wont change, same **** different weight class. Only good thing is if he moves up he may get to fight maidana... now thats a fight i would like to see
If he becomes more defensive and gun shy it will be better for him as most likley that will entail him using his height and reach better, atm he fights like he is 5'10. Lets hope he don't turn into another Klitcshko though lol
