:boxing:Merry Xmas to you all:boxing: Looking forward into the next year of possible fights to come, I keeping tripping up on the the fact that Money May and Manny have not yet made this fight happen.. Although I have great respect for both fighters this situation is a slap in the face to the boxing fans/supporters.. The fact that while Money May fights over the hill fighters, Or young talent on the way up, But refuses to fight Manny and still is able to earn millions from it is crazy, to put it mildly. Unfortunately this situation for a part has been created by us the boxing community!! I don't want to rubbish May as he is a great fighter hands down possibly one of the best But this has got to stop, I can't believe that he has been able to side step this fight yet he talks of greatness.. Yes we want to see May fight a solid fighter and Manny ticks all the boxes.. I am asking all Money Fans to call for this fight, You fight his corner, you argue his point, you pay for his fights, you make him rich!! But think about it is he not short changing you? This long lasting argument about who will win shouldn't be put on his supporters.. A real champion, champions his people, and in boxing that would be in the ring.. I know there are going to be May fans ready to Jump up and down on my balls right now, But I don't dislike May, I just love the sport of boxing, And when you have a champion who is top of the tree and will not fight the only person who can trouble him "that's my opinion".. This really makes a mockery of the sport don't you think.. That's not what boxing is about.. At last Haye turn up at Upton Park East London with the intent on having a tearup.. With his trainers on, socks rolled down a fight was indeed going to take place. David Haye has proved that he ain't scared to be hit and has the balls to get involved in a fight, Something that he didn't bring to the ring when he fought Wlad. If he came to the ring in the Wlad fight with the same ambition then I believe it may have been a different result IMO..You can't be the champ by not getting hit not in the heavy weights.. I hope that Vitili gives Haye a shot at the title now. And I hope that this Haye turns up in the same manner, Anything less would pure BS..:boxing::boxing:

:boxing:There is no doubt that Mayweather is one of the best fighters in his generation, But how can he claim to be the best if your not willing to fight the best? Mayweather talks about being at the top of his game for X amount of years, But thats BS. He fought Hatton..Mmmm we all knew deep down how that fight was going to go due to Hattons fighting style. He fought De la Hoya Far from the top of his game He fought Mosley...Far from the top of his game. He fought Marquez. Once again his style suits Mayweather to the ground. Now he fought Ortiz though the fight ended badly I feel he was always gonna win. How I see it is its like the Klit brothers top of there game, But although they take on all comers for the title there is truely know one out there who can trouble them at all since lewis. The heavy weight division has not produced anyone for years who even comes close.. The point being klit brothers will take on all comers.. Calzaghe though there is a lot of hate for him on the site, Did and would take on anyone who wanted to fight him..There is a case of ooo he didnt fight Roy Jones at the top of his game and also Hopkins Mmmmm I never heard either of them boys calling out Jo..They didn't want that fight. Mayweather Vs Ortiz :boxing:Just watched the fight and I was most impressed with Mayweathers style, Coming forward and boxing setting up the right and also setting a trap for the left hook. It was clear from the begining that 24 year old Ortiz is not at the same level as Mayweather. Mayweather was as far as effort goes at 60% of what he can do IMO..But what I did notice was that he can get hit and I guess when moving forward there is always going to be a good chance of that, But the skill level of slipping the punches wasn't great what I mean is, If you look at what Jo Calzaghe did was come forward and not get hit that often, So in that respect to Mayweather he needs more movement, Maybe work on the twitching muscles.. I know that you can't go off the back of one fight and Mayweather has been out the ring for a bit, But trust me when I say this he will be in trouble with Paco big time if he does not address this in his boxing.. Ortiz His dirty tactics in the ring is a disgrace, On at least three occassions he tried butting Mayweather and deserved to lose the way that he did IMO, He set out to butt Mayweather, Fuk that I would have asked for a stool and hit Ortiz with it. The way that the fight ended is not down to Mayeather in anyway its the ref, :alucard:Cortez Or "Bum Bandit" As I like to call him should not be the ref in any title fight theres a lot on the line and you need a ref that does not continue to make mistakes in title fightd he should struck off.. The Change In Mayweather After many years of myself and many other boxing fans, Calling Mayweather a Runner, a pussy, A guy who cannot go toe to toe, A guy who will not stand there and get involved but stays on the back foot.v.....He has proved us all wrong" He has saved the best to last! I totally appreciate the fact that Mayweather did go toe to toe. He took a few in the second but he come back like a true champion should. I take my hat off to Mayweather and give him all the props in the world. He has made a fan of me thats for sure" When he fights Manny I will be now looking for him to win, Instead of looking for him to lose. He gave the boxing fans what we have been asking, Basically man up and have it....And he did that for sure..I would find it differcult to understand how some are still are putting him down. What must Haye improve on to beat the Klitsckos?? Even though Haye put on a good performance against Ruiz for me there are a few things that he will need to improve on without doubt. :His defence is really in question, He was getting tagged by Ruiz JAB nearly everytime he put it out there. :His needs to start working off his own Jab a bit more :Stamina, Although Haye done well in the Ruiz fight I think there is more work needed in this area.

:boxing:IMO I think that haye is set to put on a display of skill and power,Ruiz will buckle at the knees once Haye decides to go to work. This fight IMO will not go all the way. Haye sights are set to unify the division and I think that he will make light work of Ruiz tomorrow night. I expect to see a technical display with bone crunching power! Haye is now on his way to unify the division! Tonight he fought the only fight he could do with a 7.4 beast from the east. I do believe hes on his way now....To be honest hes got the power has he not, Valuev looked like a new born goat in the 12th.

The odds on the draw for this fight is well worth a punt! On some internet betting site you can get 46/1 thats well worth a punt! IMO As it is well known getting a decision in Germany is very hard to come by, looking back over the years! Even if Haye wins nearly every round I find it hard for him to get a win on points! Sad but true. Secondly I am quite sure that this fight has gained the interest of some key Russian Mafia figures! Meaning to me that a loss is a big no no. Look what happened to Valuev first promoter, They killed him just for bringing him to the attention of certain english camps at the begining of his career! Thirdly even though Haye may win the rounds, I guess Haye will have to hit and move and I can hear it now, "Haye wasnt aggessive enough" There is 1 in 3 chances of winning them odds are not bad either!
