If Manny Pacquiao was clean, he would do the RANDOM BLOOD AND URINE tests without any hesitation LEADING UP TO THE FIGHT, PERIOD. manny is clean, he never got caught in his 52 fights and thats a fact. mosley is not clean therefore he took the random tests.
