I've seen prime Tyson fight no named boxers who gave him a world of trouble, some of them going far in the fight before being knocked out. The thing is Vlad is not no-name quality at all. So IMO Vlad is better than prime Tyson. Even Ali would have a tough time against this Vlad. Vlad is as good and as smart as they come. Ali is beter clincher than Wlad and is a way too fast compared to Wlad. Ali's continuous soft jabs would eventually get him enough scores to win by decision.

Tyson was ABLE to land them punches. That's the point, he could land punches Wlad and it would be over for his glass chin. No, Prime Tyson would have definitely landed few punches early on with his speed and immense pressure. Tyson's punches would destroy Wlad's balance for sure. He couldn't have kept doing what he was doing against Povetkin today against Tyson. Prime Tyson was fast enough to send a punch before a clinch. And Tyson's body punches were also very hard unlike Povetkin's featherfisted body touches.
