Conceiciao has the best manager and promoter in the world , no one gets more title shots than him. I hope that he doesn't put me to sleep again, I can't lie , Robson Conceicao fights in a style that makes watching paint dry exciting by comparison.
Navarette is the man at 130 but it is not an especially easy weight for him to make any more . I'd like to see Foster vs Shakur at 135 or 140. Or Foster / Navarette at 135 or 140.
I don't understand , why is this Croke Park venue so resistant to having Katie Taylor fight there ? As long as the stadium gets it's rental fee what's the big deal ? Can someone who knows please explain this ?
I think that Mbilli is going to beat Canelo and might even stop him . Mbilli is a punching machine , Canelo doesn't have the engine for that kind of fight .
If Nakatani had started fighting earlier it would have been way more fun , but I think that Inoue would have stopped him. He really busted him up late in the fight. Nakatani was outgunned, he wasn't going to win a punch up with Inoue and I don't believe that he was capable of out boxing him either. Nakatani is great, Inoue is just greater. I wouldn't mind seeing Inoue vs Bam next but I really like Bam and don't want to watch him lose even though there's no shame in losing to Inoue
I like El Escrappi. He's a good fighter and is doing great for having come to boxing so late. I don't know if he's good enough to win a title and hold it for long but I wish the best for the guy.
Whittakers promoter isn't going to cash him out just yet , he will be kept far away from both of the Davids until there's enough money to be made. I think that Whittaker has some talent and skills but doubt that he'd ever beat Morrell or Benavidez.
This should be a good action fight with Abdullah Mason handling the business between rounds 7 and 9, that's my prediction anyway. I'd like to see Mason in some bigger fights soon though. The talent that he's got is undeniable.
I really would have liked to be able to see this card . Like anyone who loves boxing I always am down to watch Donaire , or Olascuaga. La Princessa is a bad little dude and always in a good fight.

Oscar Collazo is a joy to watch. At any weight. This guy is smooth like butter, destructive, and powerful and punches with intent. People who think that the little guys don't have exciting fights or score stoppages just don't watch the fights enough. I'd rather watch two little guys that throw punches than a couple of big guys that throw 15 punches a round and spend most of the round pawing with a jab. Oscar Collazo is must see TV. He brings the excitement.

Nah man , believe it or not plenty of people couldn't care less about Manny or Floyd . I was tired of them before their last farce of a fight. I was happy to see them go away.
An older Manny could still get out-boxed - pretty much the same as before, but can an older Floyd deal with Manny's power? You'd have to think that within 12 rounds Manny is going to significantly connect on Floyd at some point
He couldn't connect on Floyd ten years ago , there's no reason to think that he's going to be able to do it now that he's older and worse.

A big fighter doesn't need a promoter , Floyd was his own promoter . He laid down the blueprint.
Not making the Ortiz/ Ennis fight is the second stupidest thing that DLH has done , first was the fishnets episode. This is a really close second though. He could have been a hero by making the fight. Now he's lost the best fighter that he had.
