As you guys may remember, Khan was interested in the Marquez fight before the Maidana fight was signed. The fight didn't happen because of disagreement over the money. Everyone on this forum was crapping on Khan for wanting to fight Marquez instead of a legit 140 pounder. Nothing has changed since then. Marquez still hasn't done jack at 140 or 147.
So let me get this straight.............Khan-Marquez was supposed to be a mismatch, but Pac-Marquez 3 (which in all likelihood will be at 147) is a good fight according to some people? I thought Marquez had no business above 135? So how does a guy that doesn't have any business above 135 all of a sudden become a legitimate challenger for the #1 P4P fighter at 140 or 147?easy becuz he has the style to beat manny....even at heavyweight !

Pacquioa was carrying Margarito in the last few rounds. He could have knocked him out any time if he wanted to.i dont think so....he was being cautious cuz margarito hurt him bad earlier and he was taking no chances.Margarito is dangerous for 12 rounds!

Anyway power is the last to go, even if Sugar is fading away, he is still dangerous to Pac.

Paul Williams had a large segment of the boxing community SHOOK.exactly my point so there is no need for anyone to say martinez isnt ducking anyone.....lets be proud of his last performance and hopefuly paul can get back up on that horse.
I'll agree that Williams represented the classic case of "all-risk, no reward" but I never thought he was tremendously skilled.
His physique, which he has no right to claim credit for, and his volume are what gave people pause. He's not a KO puncher like Hearns, and he's no technician either. He just throws a lot, and has physical advantages over almost every opponent he can be matched against. He was never a world-beater, and he won't be going forward. He's a unique challenge, that's it.

I hate to bring this up to you. Mosley is old and past his prime. Maybe 5 years earlier between 150-154. If this fight happen, it will be at 147. I dont think 147 Mosley punches harder than 150 Margarito who weighed in 165. Mosley will be fighting the same Pac who fought Marg weighing at his optimal weight around 145. If Pac took 165 Marg punches well so he can from 147 Mosley unless they fight between 150-154 maybe that is a different story but then he is old and past his prime.
