I don't know enough on this weight tbh .
I see Garcia moving up 2 weights which is out of this world....
He gives 3 inches away on height and 2 on reach...I had to google it lol.
Spence is an amazing boxer who has it all ..he was getting out battled by Brook for 6 then Brook seemed to tire....but nevertheless this was Brooks country and credit to Spence....regardless of brooks eye he had him.
I was hoping when I google Garcia I would see him at 5 8 not 5 6......Spence ability in ring with this is massive and reach may be only 2 inches but the actual height with his ability makes it imo almost impossible.
This is a centre ring puncher moving up to fight a all round genius who can punch...I just feel to beat Spence you need to be on equal terms...at least...and Garcia height will pose massive issues as he is very come forward and fights in straight lines which will play into Spence hands .
Credit to him for moving up but this is beyond mad....catchweight would have gave hope but unsure Spence could have made weight....
I am going for a ko for Spence with Garcia getting hit and barely winning 2 rounds.
If Garcia wins how cant he be number 2 behind loma?.............he has to be...only Crawford I see beating Spence as he is so clever...so for Garcia to move up 2 weights and do it giving height and reach to him how can anyone say he is not top 2?.....
Crazy....when I judge pound for pound I also judge weights and situ...I KNOW many have done more than 2 weights but the actual task at hand here v in many fans eyes the best in the division speaks for itself.
With haters yep....
I seen the vid on your profile on Mayweather..love it.
Many said Marquez over hill v him...then he sparked pacman...gave Bradley imo a defeat ....but over hill fighting Mayweather to haters.....
Like when Calzaghe schooled Hopkins.....haters say Hopkins over hill...then Hopkins wins a title later...alongside Calzaghe v Eubank.......Eubank too old....
My point mate and you are bang on regarding the Brook is shot comment...is when Calzaghe made Eubank look crap....Eubank was not 43 like Hopkins....who I add later won a title proving he was not shot....past very best yes....shot nope...Eubank was 31......in prime.....and in the era of the slugger he did well.....Calzaghe would have punched his head off same if he was 25....31 and folk say Eubank shot?.....like they say both Marquez and cotto were.....ignoring the fact marquez then knocked pacman spark out and coto was a weight increase for Floyd? Then ignoring Mayweather age ...still beating all like Calzaghe???????....age aint a reason at 31...excuse is.
My point tonight is people will add excuses for great boxers....facts do not need excused....Mayweather by FAR...best ever....Calzaghe by far best British ever...
People forget Calzaghe and Floyd age still winning then offer excuses for guys at 31 doing chit v them......does not stack up...mint to see ya video on profile..made me smile.
what you shhhmokkin
As an English boxing fan who actually loves all 3 top boxers I disagree completely with the 1st mention on this regarding Joshua and Wilder opponents.
First off Joshua fought a few top undefeated boxers in Parker...Whyte,,,,Breazedale....these 3 were top heavyweights....all 3 still top eight ranked.
Then we can argue he fought povetkin and klit who may have been slightly past best.
I see Wilder as the biggest 1 punch ko of alltime but ability in the ring is awful...Ortiz schooled Wilder till old age set in and Fury outboxed him....
Wilders opponents are limited at best bar these 2...I aint taking nothing from wilder as punch wise he is sensational but his actual opponents v Joshua do NOT stack up...
If these guys fight it is a 5050...I see Joshua fighting the Parker tactics again behind a jab and Wilder swinging for the heavens getting out boxed completely...
I am speaking here as a neutral as I honestly love both these guys but silly posts saying Wilder had 2 and Josh 1 shows you are limited .
Fury is awkward and is not a puncher....but Joshua has the skill set with power and had Fury been a power puncher this fight would have ended early...Ortiz and fury both showed he is easy to outbox and out point....yet Joshua will bang...
My only slight issue with Joshua is he has no head movement and if he gets caught it will be square on with a massive side temple hit and if this lands it will be game over ..interesting replies guys ....but lets keep it real when posting not a ridiculous post like this
Lewis
Mint post...
Lewis had the reach.....power .....skill...awful ability to recover as caught square....
Only Bruno and Klitschko were outboxing him imo....and Holyfield did well too.
Fury is a very awkward lad and power wise causes few problems....but he had the ability to outbox...I take Lewis by knockout here.Lets be honest Fury would not be able to hurt Lewis and stay clear of him..if you cant hurt Lewis up close you cant win.
Wilder always a danger and is not even close on ability to Lewis....I take Lewis by knockout...but the Hasim Rahman and the Oliver McCall freak knockouts showed when he was hurt it was game over...so I take Lewis but if caught he would not recover v wilder.
Joshua is the lad with both power and the skills....but Povetkin wobbled him at 38 and 6 feet 2...I aint sure Joshua could outbox Lewis and for me Lewis would hurt him..I take Lewis by ko.
Joshua great champ as is Wilder ....do not rate his boxing is crap his way to end a fight is out of this world...and Fury to outbox him and end the fight showed he is very very gifted....
Lewis was a star...none of these 3 would have beat him imo...but wilder and Joshua both got amazing credentials too so it may be a toss up ..
Good point and one worth discussing..
Brook was undefeated at this weight and trained like a Trojan.....now love or loathe brook was the real deal...I am not stating he was the best ever or close to but I am stating when they fought he was in his prime and was at home with the crowd including me backing him..Yes I lost money...
Paterson retired the next fight...unsure what round but under 9.....Paterson you cant really argue is not a world class operator...he fought the best at the time...only suffering a ko to Matthysse.....I don't massively rate this guy btw that sparked him but power mint.....
Spence pedigree with Brook....Bundu....Vargas in prime.......Paterson with only 1 ko defeat retired early says pedigree is amazing......this for me is not even debatable even with fact I hate the arrogant xxxx.
Going back to the reply you stated....for me the division Spence in is the most competitive...I only know this as googled all ranks and got a few suprises.....about 15 fighters amazing but the pedigree of Spence puts him and Crawford top only my opinion...
So if you can beat him moving up 2 weights...tell me a better eply than 50 words and give a reason with fair attitude not just 2 sentences ...
