Diaz scored a flash knockout against khan, he did not seem hurt at all in that fight. i am hoping you watched the same fight i did. Your telling me flash knockouts are uncommon at elite level fighting?
Considering khans claims of having a hard time making weight at 140, such a knockout in a way is self explanatory.
Maidana was knocked out by khan in the first round, arguably khan would have stopped him early if it was not for the bell. Does that mean anything?
I've been reading a few of your posts, You say "knockout", when you actually mean "knockdown", which in that context "knockdown" is the correct term to use.
Just correcting you M8.
Ive never known a SILVER medalist have such a high profile,the guy was a loser in the amateurs and he's a loser in the professional world. 99% of GOLD medalists don't get the profile he gets, I wonder why? Its obviously because theres a lot of South Asians in the UK and around the world, yet they are a rarity in sport, all they have is this 1 average guy to represent all of them so they overhype him.
Look at the likes of Bronze medalist Tony Jeffries, he never got any publicity.
David Price has only recently started to get the attention he deserves. James Degale won GOLD yet he never got 10% of the fame Khan has had.
It's a joke that theyve chosen him to carry the torch, in fact Khan's whole career is one big overhyped comedy act.
yeah but you don't get it do you even though I mentioned it in my post, he was ONLY 17 years old and he achieved a silver medal in the athens olympics, that in it self is pretty amazing whether you like the guy or not, also he was the SOLE boxing representative for team GB, which makes it even more amazing, so I'm sure you can understand why he gets so much attention over Price and them lot.
I don't mean to laugh but I kind of was in the same mindset. He isn't lighting the torch, just carrying but still, I'd think there would be someone more deserving. This is the Olympics, probably won't come back to England in our lifetime.
He's only carrying it through Bolton, his hometown, also how is he NOT deserving when he got a silver medal (at the age of 17 mind you) for the country he was representing.
No it wasn't your night you know why, coz you ain't been taking them Ariza shakes dude, you seriously need to kiss & make up with him because i don't think its a coincidence that your "improved" chin just happens to fail you as soon as you get rid of Ariza.
Amnat Ruenroeng came up big on the road, handing two-division champion Kazuto Ioka with his first loss in taking a split decision in their flyweight title fight Wednesday evening in Osaka, Japan. Ioka prevailed 114-113 on one card, but was overruled by scores of 115-112 and a 'what the **** were you watching' 119-108 in favor of Ruenroeng
:haha::haha::haha:
