Ok I got De La Hoya winning this fight by knockout in the later rounds... or a possible unanimous decision. Why? Well hopefully I could make believers out of you guys. Why exactly do alot of people think De La Hoya sucks? He got knocked out by Hopkins and he should have lost to Felix Sturm? I see it differently. Oscar started off as a Super Featherweight/Jr. Lightweight. So that means he moved up about 5 weight classes and his first fight was against someone undefeated. In addition to that, he was making the middleweight weight making it harder to stay in shape. Bernard Hopkins...he was the king of the middleweights...that is his natural weight very comfortable for him to fight...his backyard and that made fighting Oscar a little easier. I believe that Oscar threw himself down and could have gotten up but didn't. He gave Oscar a "Liver Punch" which takes the air and energy out of a fighter instantly. Oscar was screaming and hitting the floor when he went down...explain that? So what happens when Oscar goes down to a more comfortable weight to fight Ricardo Mayorga ?
