Tyson the greatest Im a big Tyson fan and i believe that no heavyweight boxer in history would have beat a young, fit tyson including ali. If ali done the rope a dope with tyson i would quite gladly say that tyson would ve smashed his rib cage to pieces. You could argue that Foreman was a bigger hitter than tyson and ali took his punches (and maybe so) but big george threw single punches, was too slow , had no latteral movement, and just came in in straight lines, he did not have the brains to beat ali. A young tyson would nt have stopped moving his head creating angles for himself and throwing 5 or 6 punch combinations with lighting speed with great power in each punch. You only have to look at the problems joe frazier caused ali and him and tyson had similer styles though tyson being more explosive with either hand , more faster. so for me it would be a very painful night for ali.

I am suprised to hear james degale is fighting for the european title as i thought that the european rules are that you cannot fight for their title on the back of a loss. Thats the reason why john murray gave up his european title so he could fight kevin mitchell after mitchell in his last fight was beat from katsidis. Does anybody have any info on it ?

john murray is a good domestic fighter but thats as far as he goes. when murray fights you know what your going to get, aggression , no head movement, no latteral movement and he always just walks straight in taking too many punches and neglecting his jab making fights alot more difficult than they should be. he will get away with it at this level but at world level im affraid its going to be a painful experience. there is two good fights for him domesticlly kevin mitchell and gavin rees. personally i think both fighters have the capabilities of beating murray and both fights could be contenders for fights of the year. him fighting either mitchell or rees would be giving the fans what we want too see REAL 50/50 FIGHTS.

Callum Johnson is definately one for the future. I just hope Frank and naz dont rush him on too quick and give him time to adapt to the pros. I seen him fight a couple of times as an amatuer in Scotland and he has power and very good boxing skills as he showed in dheli. His decision to move to Joe Gallaghers gym is a good move as he will have good sparring with guys like macklin and paul smith and will learn alot under joe who i believe is one of the best trainers in britain. I honestly hope he makes it to the top as he seems like a very humble guy.

I agree, mitchell to beat murray on points in a great fight. mitchell is a very skillfull fighter with good lateral movement and footwork . Any one who studies fighters styles knows the perfect way to beat john murray is to use the jab and move turning him inside out not giving him a chance to set himself for his big shots. thats the way mitchell fights so thats why i think mitchell wins .

There is a featherweight here in scotland whos name is John Simpson and he is ranked no 3 by the IBF (Garcia no1 , Dib no2). It said in the news paper yesterday that if he wins his next fight against stephen smith then he will fight the winner of garcia vs dib. His record is 28-6 but dont let the average record foul you this boy can fight and he is as tough as nails. he was robbed 3 out of 6 defeats and the other 3 was years ago.I have seen Garcia and Dib fight and believe me he will give both a run for there money. So remember the name......

I think this is a great fight for tyson at this stage of his career and i also think its a winable fight for him. You have to admire his attitude and wllingness to fight anybody. I dont think he is quite ready for chisora just yet but a couple more fights and i think it will be a very interesting fight.
