I want to bet 10M points on Pac winning this fight. Or I don't really know how this stuff works here. Anyone care to educate me? :boxing:

^^^^^^^^
What weight was Pac on the night against Hatton? about 147 i thought?
If Cotto comes in at bloody 159 again that is a big difference.
Exactly!:boxing:
hatton came in fight night atleast 5 lbs heavier than pacman..didnt do no good..
both cotto and pacman dont like holding and hugging...
Not to disrespect Hatton, but I don't think he can even hold Cotto's jockstrap.:boxing:
Is there a book that explains how steroids is important for speed/weight and how Mosley used them to enhance his career?
I don't know, but I'm looking for articles that should answer your question. You should read the articles above so that it wouldn't be too hard for you to accept the fact that Mosley is the best.:boxing:
TS is dreaming. Why in hell does Mosley become the easiest fight for Mayweather??? Mayweather is going to get exposed big time if he is dumb enough to take on the much better fighter in Mosley.
Is there a book that explains how steroids is important for speed/weight and how Mosley used them to enhance his career?
you should read the article about steroids so it won't be too hard for you to understand that Mosley's power/strength/speed comes from his steroid abuse.
LOL! Can't find one. You must just be inventing these accusations. LOL
"my untested" boy is much more skillful than any of the guys you mention. He'll beat them all
Your right. What you going to say IF Floyd fights one of them and beats them though? What will the excuse be then?
Mosley ducked Floyd in 99 and 06. Floyd has never ducked Mosley.
Floyd hasn't ducked Mosley? What about hmmmmm... NOW?! :hitit:
IF, and that's a very big IF, PBF fights any of these guys, then he would no longer be untested. Even if he loses, he'll still get my respect for finally taking the challenge. Get my drift? But then again, Floyd will always be Floyd. He will never take that challenge.:boxing:
This hindsight game yall playing is ridiculous. He fought who needed to be fought at the time. they all were supposed test and he prvoed the haterz wrong then. and the haterz come up with somethign else.
Hugh Grant is one of them. He was on Hatton tip for yrs and was always talking that hatton has the style to beat Floyd. Now he saying, Floyd was Bigger and had longer arms. well blame GOD for making him that way. You can't go up multiple divisions and be bigger than most of your opponents. It's not feasible!
PBF is the master of the hindsight game. He always seems to look straight ahead at the easier preys when the real threats are just by his side all along shouting to his ear challenging him, yet he acts unaware, deaf, or blind.:boxing:
"my untested" boy is much more skillful than any of the guys you mention. He'll beat them all
First off, you were the one who mentioned these guys, and not me. Skillful? Against who? blown up lightweights and washed up wannabes? Come on, brother! Get off PBF's jockstrap:spank:. :boxing:
Mayweather may have a slight edge in speed on Shane, but Shane is getting older and will slow down. That's what Mayweather is waiting for. He isn't dumb and history has it that he doesn't fight a live opponent either. Nevertheless, I think Mayweather can win against Cotto too. Not in an all out fight, but Mayweather isn't going to engage in Cotto's battle. Floyd can stick and move, and pitty-pat Cotto for twelve rounds, and win in yet another boring fight. However, why bother when he can make tens of millions with lesser opponents, and insure he keeps that cash cow flowing the milk. Pacquaio has the best shot of all considering that he's the most likely fighter Mayweather would consider as the least risky. Although he is smaller, giving Floyd that everlasting edge, I think maybe his ability to lunge in, coupled with his ability to create a single punch knockout, gives Pacquiao a legitimate chance. But if the fight is done at this very moment, Mosley has the best chance at shutting Floyd up. :boxing:
just a question. Who do you guys think were the top rated welters WHEN Floyd came into that division. Who was at the top of the rankings. I do think Floyd should fight Cotto and Mosley. I'm not going to try to rewrite history to justify it though.
Zab, Spinks, Baldomir, margarito. Cotto and Mosley were not even in the division. margarito had not beaten anyone worth mentioning. and won his belt off a title eliminator. He din't even beat a champ to get his belt. Clottey was at the lower end of the rankings. He had not even fought margarito yet. Quintana, Williams, and berto were up and comers and very green. They didn't belong in the ring with Floyd. He berat the fomer undisputed champ of the division in Judah. he then proceeded to beat the lineal champ of the divison in Baldomir. Took the $$$ fight in Oscar at 154 and came back down to 147 in his next fight to break hatton off with a check hook! Again, Mosley and Cotto weren't even in the division when he went to 147!
Thanks for the comprehensive review. :boxing:
by the way, lineal championships don't mean sh!t these days. we can also say that Floyd went to ww to avoid the real threats. Zab and Baldomir are easier fights compared to Cotto and Mosley even back then.
all iv gotta say in regards to this is look at the top ten ranked welterweights in the world. you will see that they all have something in common, none of them has fought mayweather.
Who are these top ten welterweights, brother? who's on top of the list? Is he the one in my avatar?:boxing:
You do know that Al Haymon manages (or advises) Williams career right?
For the last time floyd did what he had to at ww. Hecame in 11/2005 had fought a tough veteran in shambra mitchell. After that he fought zab judah the former lineal champ than baldomir the linealchamp at the time. In the end of 2005 the top 5 welters were spinks judah margarito and floyd . Shane was at 154 and cotto wasn't even rated
No he didn't. Well, at least that's what he's trying to make you guys think. Those weren't the fights the fans wanted. As always, he goes for the easy ones... :boxing:
"Floyd is listed at 5 feet and 8 inches (5’8”) with a 72-inch reach. Why am I mentioning these stats? Try to check Floyd’s list of previous opponents and see if you can find any of them, apart from Oscar De La Hoya, who has both advantages in size and reach over him. If you are successful, then you can stop reading and I will certainly rest my case. If you can’t, then read on and know the facts."
So now, boxing has Height/reach classes? Not weight classes?
I guess Paul Williams is a heavyweight.
I guess the author just emphasized that Floyd isn't really as good as most of you think. lol
just a question. Who do you guys think were the top rated welters WHEN Floyd came into that division. Who was at the top of the rankings. I do think Floyd should fight Cotto and Mosley. I'm not going to try to rewrite history to justify it though.
Care to remind us who?:boxing:
Mayweather has to fight Cotto, Mosley, or Pac next, or he will continue to be questioned at welterweight which he should. Mayweather being ranked above Cotto is absolutely disgraceful, Cotto has done more at welterweight than Floyd could even pretend to.
Amen to that, brother!:boxing:
mosley, cotto, clottey, margarito, berto, quintana, collazo, hlatswayo, senchenko.
What i'd like to know is all the people that accuse Floyd of ducking etc etc. Do you seriously think Margarito, Cotto or Mosley could beat Floyd?
Do you seriously think that your untested boy is going to win against any of these three mentioned? Has he fought any fighter of the same caliber and size? Don't be too sure, brother. These guys are already tried and tested. Your boy is just a prospect at ww.:boxing:
