If Ward is willing to go to the UK, and the purse split is reasonably, then it's a duck.
Conversely, if Ward is unwilling to go the UK, and had a fair offer /
a fair share of the purse, then he is the ducker.
I like Froch, but he will be hard pressed to beat Ward no matter where it is.
His only chance is to simply outwill Ward and just keep coming and coming till he wears Ward out. If anyone has the heart, chin and stamina to do that, it's Froch, but he'll pay a big price in the early rounds before he has any success at all.
Funny how he beats almost everyone he fights eh! The Kessler fight was so close, and the judges were swayed by crowd noise, simple as that. It's unfashionable to say he'll beat Ward, but after he beats Kessler I see that fight happening, possibly in the UK as Ward has such a high belief in himself (understandably) that he may make the trip.
If Froch stays on Ward from the first, he will eat a lot of shots and lose a lot of rounds, but strangely this may be his best tactic, as his main asset over Ward is stamina and will to win. Ward was tiring toward the end of their last scrap, and if Froch can withstand Wards hooks for the first half of the fight, he may wear the guy down, cos he just doesn't quit.
