I get what your saying about that its good to build hype. But they have to do it within the rules and laws. I think Pavlik needs to return to 160 because I dont see him having a good shot at beating any of the top fighters at 168. A Paul Williams fight is still very interesting to me. I've been watching some of his recent training vids, I think he wont be as good he was at his peak, but he definitely looks like hes training hard, and theres snap back in his punches! Kelly needs to fight some cupcakes to get his confidence back, while droping down to 160, he had alot of power at 160, he looked bad above 160, he could fight BHop again at a catch weight first, how about JCC JR, Paul Williams, Martinez or Jermain Taylor, somewhere down the road. He doesn't really fit in the crowded and talented 168, Andre Ward would kill him, I think he could give anyone at 160 a good fight. He needs to start going to some AA meetings before he runs out of second chances, his career has been on a downward spiral for some time now, he will not last much longer without a change. Well, he has changed some things, Theres vids of him training hard in Robert Garcias Gym. I guess this is his last chance!

being a fighter makes what would seem to be an intense situation to the populous just another encounter. first, knowing that you are more than capable of defending yourself will keep you calm and collected. when the adrenaline gets pumping its harder to refrain yet I havn't hit somebody with a bare fist since I was like 9 or 10 years old. Knowing that I could fight kept me confident yet controlled. I haven't had to fight, if I was ever forced into a fight on the street I am certain that I would end up with a criminal record. chisora is just a classless douchebag..........Rockin':boxing: I agree, Aggressive as it is, Boxing is still a sport. And sport shouldnt involve the type of behaviour chisora and Haye displayed. In my opinion, we use controlled aggression in sport. And this aggression should be used without breaching the rules of whichever sport one is participating in. Chisora, and Haye didnt do this, their behaviour was unsporting, unsafe and left a bad image on the sport of boxing. In my opinion athletes are entitiled to participate in sport safely, I taught chisora's behavior was very dangerous, and illgeal. Spitting and the physical assault (Slapping Klitschko at the weigh in) were unacceptable. IMHO He should be banned. The behaviour Chisora displayed was of a thug, and not of an athlete, and there is no place for this in boxing. Sorry to get off the point but yes, I agree with you, boxing should instill discipline and usually does. I think its impossible to link chisora's, mayweather's, or whoever else is involved in assault or illegal behaviour cases to boxing or to being a boxer. Just my own opinion.

From what I remember, Manny accepted Floyd's test, but would always use the commission as a cop out. For example, Manny would say he accepted OST one week, then the next week he would say Floyd's not the commission and he (manny) only accepts tests by the commission. Oh, really?? Because I was under the impression that his coach said that about the commission being the authorities and not flyod, and that the commissions testing is sufficient, that prior to accepting the testing. Not after it. I taught once they accepted to be tested that was that. Because I often hear Freddie roach saying that we have now accepted his testing requirements, why wont he fight. To your other point, I think he agreed to take less money outside of negotiations, more as to taunt flyod to fight him. Maybe I am biased but I disagree that flyods team are showing more cooperation in the negotiations. Mayweather says things all the time that harm negotiations. And we are both boxing fans, we both want to see them fight, right? so when I hear flyod saying some of the negative things he says about pac, peds, and the money split, and so on, I cringe cause i know its makes finalizing a deal more difficult. It does cross my mind he is avoiding the fight, I wont say scared to fight, cause I dont believe that, IMO there is noway a boxer at an elite level can be scared, I think it wouldn't be possible to reach that level if you were afraid of fighting certain boxers. I think he needs his zero on his record for his legacy, creditablity and for money aswell. so his fear is losing that.

But IMO there is no way gamboa is not at some stage of the fight gona be tested by rios, when I say tested I mean he is going to be in trouble, you cant run forever, especially with the type of pressure rios brings. Chisora on Peds? I reckon there's a chance chisora was on something (drugs or peds) for the vitali fight, It was unusual, He seemed supercharged before, during and after the fight. And from what I have seen most boxers after hearing the final bell, they have a sense of ease, sense of humanity, where they congratulate there foe, and shake hands or hug energy-less from all their effort in the ring. However Chisora seemed to be different, he was still buzzing with anger, he looked tormented. I taught it was odd I watched him at the press conference before the tyson fury fight, total different man, so calm, chilled and relaxed. Also, my reason for saying he may have been on something, is also connected to how well he preformed in the fight, he never stopped throwing, punches, and gave vitali a good fight. Much much better than people had expected. Maybe I am just over thinking the situation, maybe there is nothing in it. What do you think?

rios wants gamboa to test his chin, he says that no fighter to date has been able to hurt him, and wants to see if gamboa can, this is a super tough fight, I reckon the people saying rios will lose convincingly cause of him being one dimensional pressing fighter are wrong as do i think those saying that rios will smash him easily these are 2 world champs, this isnt an easy fight for either, I predicting a super competitive fight. Im going with rios cause of watching him, and seeiing how strong he is, i just think that sometimes freaks like rios, or margarito in his prime are fighters that are really difficult to beat, and wear down 90% of the opponents they face. pressure pressure pressure rios is the best at it in the world at the moment, its draining, i cant see gamboa lasting to 12. could be wrong though, cant wait to find out

This is going to be a beating for as long as it lasts. Gamboa easy. Pac vs marg comes to mind. I get where your coming from mentioning margarito vs pac however, margarito was 31 when that fight happened, well past his prime, and even still, at one stage of that fight he hurt pac to the body, where after the fight pac reported being hurt badly and thoughts of quitting flew through his head. Rios is 25, in his prime, his flame is still burning brightly, dont forget that margarito in his prime was feared throughtout the 147 division. all in all what i am trying to say is, gamboa is in his prime, and so is rios, i think its a close fight, very close, not like the pac vs marg fight, I am going for the unrelenting pressure of rios stopping a very talented gamboa
