Khan can't box worth ****, the bum couldn't even make it past the 6th round. Canelo just waited patiently and let khan run into something, with that amateurish style of jumping in throwing quick punches and jumping back out.
This would be a great fight for Brook in April! It would be a unification bout, so he wouldn't have to vacate his title. However, if Khan agrees, Brook has to vacate the title for that fight because Khan is not a WW champion. Lastly, if Brook fights Spence Jr. he will have 2 losses and no belt before faces Paquiao! That being said, Brook coming off of 2 losses is still a better opponent than an undefeated Jeff Horn!
He's not unifying any. He has a mandatory that he must fight or be stripped.
Pac and Roach just want another big payday. It's not about the loss, he could care less about that. But that big payday was something else and he wants it again. And clearly he's not too ashamed to beg.
You have 9.9999999 seconds to be on your feet.....
So why did the ref tell him to be on his feet by 8?:dead1:
No, you have the whole 10 sec. to get on your feet and if you're up when the ref says 10, according to the rules, the fight is suppose to resume. The ref cheated. It's just that simple.
He said "According to the criminal complaint", nothing to do with race you clown.
This thread is full of idiots (PBC fans) attacking the woman and the writer. Stick to the facts you clowns, instead of making fantasy scenarios. He admitted twice in court that he's been harassing and abusing the woman.
It seems that education and intelligence isn't your strong point, so reading comprehension is a far gone conclusion. The word "Complaint" is a noun and the word "Allege is a verb. Those two words don't mean the same and can't be used interchangeably in any context, you idiot!. In my post, I mentioned Kovalev and, like Hauser, you mentioned nothing about that. You're the one filling your head with bull***** fantasies. Fellow, you're in denial.
Could say that about someone else too. They both pass the eye test portion of p4p rankings, but neither has a claim to #1
I can only assume that the "someone else" you're referring to is Crawford. But Crawford has had way more competitive fights than Lomo. I give credit where and when it's due and Lomo seems to be the real deal but like everyone else, he has to prove himself by continuously winning competitive and compelling matches. Logically, this is how it's always been done.
Manny Pacquiao still boasts the ability to outperform most of the best welterweights in the ring and outdraw most other boxers at the box office. It still remains to be seen if he can recapture past glory in or out of the ring. Pacquiao's January 19th 12-round landslide win over former four-division titlist Adrien Broner at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas produced a live gate of just over $6 million from 11,410 tickets sold according to data provided to BoxingScene.com from the Nevada State Athletic Commission on Monday.Click Here To Read More]

While he had a solid B-side box-office partner in Broner, there remains little to suggest that Pacquiao wouldn’t have done any better or worse at the box office with a lesser-known opponent.
How dumb do you have to be to write something like this. A lesser-known opponent? What exactly does that mean? I doubt that Pacquiao Vs Josesito Lopez or even vs Lamont Peterson would generate 6 million gate and 400,000 ppv at $74.99
Mr Donovan needs to leave the drugs alone.
Mayweather Promotions looking like they're about to build a hell of a stable between, Haney, Jack and possibly Garcia. The relationship they have with Hearn can push them to being a top promotional company.
He's not with Mayweather Promotions
If I was a fan of Frampton, Leo, or any of these guys who clearly and consistently ducks Rigo, I would be embarrassed and ashamed to call myself a fan of these cowards. Sadly, what is clear is that their fans don't have any faith in them and expect just as much.
Awesome for boxing! Now all Broner has to do is get his tail back down to 140! He has no power at 147 and he's too small for that weight!
I disagree, wouldn't say he has no power. He put Porter on his ass, something Thurman couldn't do.
Well this is a fighter by fighter thing to me....for every Loma (very few) there is a Mayweather (very few). Lomas very extensive amateur career shortened his boxing life but has him skilled enough to not start from scratch. Mayweather started young had what 18 fights in about two yrs? Which extended his boxing life.
As skilled as Loma is the pros are different. The moment he fought a style he wasn't familiar with coupled with veteran tricks he lost. Now I have no doubt he would win the rematch but what's do ne is done. Mayweather on the other hand fought all kinds of styles from lesser foes ( southpaw, brawlers, tall, short, ackward fighters etc) in those early fights and it prepared him not only physically but mentally. And the rest is history
While I also agree every fighter doesn't need 20+ scrubs, the developmental process is a proven one
Exactly! Lomo is a very good fighter but is he great? I don't think so. Great fighters in their prime don't lose to fighters like Salido.
I wasn't impressed at all by this hype job that is Loma. The ref was bought and paid for, wouldn't let Rigo fight his fight. It was obvious that the ref was given orders to not let Rigo hold at all. Since when did tying your opponent up become illegal in boxing?
Canelo said he doesnt "play around." Also said he was ready to put those gloves right back on and fight GGG. If that was true, which it isnt he was just jacked up on adrenaline...i think Canelo would have been over the 160 limit. Lol. So he did just "play around" with idea he will fight GGG or will he vacate? Hope not. This fight is ripe right now! Make it happen for the fans!
He should vacate, he's too small for MW. I don't understand why any hardcore fan, who should know better, would want to see this. Canelo should just stop the non sense and drop back down where he belongs
"100% of Fury fans have Fury winning" is not exactly a compelling argument.
The majority of the ringside press had it a draw or Wilder winning. I'll take a guy like Dan Rafael - a guy who has won awards for boxing journalism - and who had Wilder winning by a round over some anonymous user from a message board. The tight scores, the almost dead-even CompuBox numbers and the very mixed scorecards of the boxing press at ringside are strong indications that this fight was far closer than most want to admit.
Of course, if someone sits there and listens to guys like Floyd and Lewis - who publicly spoke about being Fury favorites before the fight - gab all night long while watching the fight, it's human nature to be influenced by that. People don't realize they're being told who is winning the fight while watching it. And far too many people here don't actually understand boxing scoring either. I'd laugh if it wasn't so sad how many people want to talk about Ring Generalship. Ring Generalship doesn't win a damn thing without the punches to back it up like aggression doesn't win a damn thing if you're not connecting.
Can you verify this?

I did not see them fight Canelo as hard as they fought each other. It's obvious the fix was in. Boxing is a corrupt game. Sometimes we get good genuine fights and other times we get this.
Which fughin sport isn’t their a fughin fix
Who the fugh are you to say that they didn’t fight hard enough or worthwhile
Fugh that , when you go to work and you get a raise , you don’t sell a little part of your soul , or maybe you did suck oh oh sorry sell your soul before you got your raise , no pun intended
My friend, What is this oxymoronic, absolute nonsense you've posted. You refuted while at the same time agreed with what I posted. You must be bipolar.
Why? why is this on the horizon? Those at the forefront, who run boxing (HBO, Showtime, Haymon, GB, TR ect.), are doing serious damage to the sport. Nothing like the 80s on back. Even in the 90s fights were way more competitive than the crap we see today. Most of the boxers today barely know how to box, skillsets are horrific. Nobody wants to see Daniel Jacabs vs Mora.
Arum is still in protection mode for Crawford. He doesn't think Terence is ready.
Are you stupid? The only one being protected here is Pac. Why would he protect Crawford, he's not the cashcow, Pacquiao is. If you haven't understood this, then you may never understand the business side of boxing.
This dude is delusional. And Oscar De La Hoya is responsible for changing the game as far as NON heayweights being the most popular fighter in the game. Oscar did that for about a decade before Floyd could even fill an arena or sell PPVs. He needed to fight Oscar to reach that level. But it was nothing new.
As for other things he changed in the game you can make a strong argument it was for the worst not the better of Boxing. A lot of negativity and bad trends that outweigh the good things. This dude is upset because fans are not giving him the swan song since his retirement he had hoped for. Instead the sentiment among fans, media, and his peers is more like thank god this fool is gone.
Oscar didn't do sh1t but wear his wife panties.

How on earth did Burns get a 140 title shot? His last two fights were at 135, and before that, he lost to Omar at 140.
Hilarious
Man, sactioning bodies are a joke. They're a hinderance, boxing needs to do away with them.
Compubox is just human being pushing buttons with the possible results being close to accurate, not so close to accurate or just down-right fraud, So, I take compubox with a grain of salt.
are you joking? manny loves these easy rematches! didnt he just have 3 fights with bradley?
Man, you can talk until you're blue in the face, but these so called hardcore fans just don't get it. I seen this "CON" a mile away. Arum keeps running the same ole play on the suckers and they go for it every time.
