1)Mosley - Floyd fights better from the outside and wouldn't be as wreckless as Mosley. Plus he is just as quick on the release. Close, but clear for Floyd.
2)Forrest - Floyd is not a hyperactive and aggressive fighter like a prime Mosley and would try to box from the outside. May have problems though because Forrest has the basics down and can move. Also can land good power shots from a distance. This is the toughest of them all to call for me.
3)Tito - I THINK Floyd could stay away from his power shots for the distance. But if Tito lands, it would be lights out. BUT! Tito couldn't land anything meaningful vs Oscar who is not as elusive as Floyd, I don't see him doing much better vs Floyd.
4)Oscar - Good chance as Oscar has speed, decent pop, boxing ability, and experience. This would be tough for Floyd like Forrest. But Oscar CAN be hit by sharp punchers and would miss a lot of little flurries vs Floyd. I say Floyd wins a decision.
I LIKE YOUR ASSESEMENT BUT WITH ONE DIFFERENCE, I THINK DLH TAKES IT BECAUSE HE IS THE SMARTEST OF THE 5 AND HE WOULD BE ABLE TO ADAPT MID FIGHT TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO BEAT FLOYD...
How Can Anybody Believe That Manny Is Going To Knock Out Morales?? Morales Has Never Been Knocked Out And He Has Barely Touched The Canvas, Against Bigger Punchers And Better Boxers Than Manny, Can Manny Win The Rematch?? Sure Anything Is Possible, But Knocking Him Out? I Would Be Shocked....
This fight is too easy to predict. Think about this.. Castillo has a better chin than Morales. Castillo has more skills than Morales. Castillo hits harder than Morales. Castillo can take a body shot better than Morales. If Castillo cant beat Corrales, how is Morales gonna beat Corrales??[
any of the two could of won the castillo-corrales fight, it was that close. corrales just came out on top, but it could easily been castillo, so this argument has no validity...
i would root for morales liek crazy but man, mayewather jus to dam good
the only slight weight i c morales winning is 130....
i mean morales started off at 118, now hes going to go to 135, too much for hi mman
DE LA HOYA STARTED AT 133LBS AT WENT ALL THE WAY UP TO 160 LBS, ALTHOUGH HIS SHOWING AT 160 WASNT THAT GREAT, BUT HE WAS GREAT AT 154 LBS, SO IT HAS BEEN DONE BEFORE..
tyson would have to be cause he would have beat lewis who beat holyfield who beat tyson.
just like you have to consider barrera better than pacman even though he lost to him.
barrera beat morales, who beat pac, who beat barrera.
anyway tyson was drugged for the lewis fight if he would have been more aggressive he could of koed him. the first round was good for him but then that was it.
but remember, styles makes fights, so just because barrera beat morales, that doesnt mean that he can convincingly beat pacman, their styles just dont match.
i say once he gets his fourth title in as many weight classes, he will be the best mexican figher ever, and that includes ricardo 'finito' lopez who stayed undeafeated for 51 fights and retired as such.
You must be joking, Morales is a great fighter, he'd definitely be the best fighter Mayweather has faced!! Morales is probably is the greatest active fighter, he's been at the top for so long and with all he's done in his career not many can rival him.
i totally agree with you evil, he has faced way better opposition than mayweather, granted he does have double the fights....
People would bite on this fight in an instant. Lewis-Tyson was one of the biggest money-making fight in the history of boxing and they were way past their prime when they fought. Same thing with Dela Hoya and Vargas.
YOU ARE RIGHT ABOUT TYSON-LEWIS, BUT THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT THEY HAD FOUGHT, THIS WOULD BE THE SECOND AND I DONT REALLY SEE A DIFFERENT OUTCOME, EVEN WITH THE NEW VARGAS STYLE.
