I was on vacation with the wife's family in Las Vegas last week, we were on our way to our rooms in the MGM and sitting by the fountain in the elevator foyer was Jose Castillo. I got about 2 feet from him and then wussed out on talking to him. That was the first time I have seen a pro boxer in person.

Hey gang, I was just sitting here in between classes and got to thinking; what does Tarver gain by beating BHops(if he does)? I just do not see how it will help his career any, Hops has been a career long middleweight, is 41 years old, and showed during his last few fights(Taylor fights) that he is not as spunky as he used to be. Do you guys see any good from a Tarver win? besides money.

Hey everyone, I was bored and and decided to watch the Lewis/Rahman fights and began to wonder why there was not a third fight between the two. One knock out a piece in no way is a clear indicator as to who the better fighter is,seems to me like we were jipped out of some closure there. What do you guys think?

I was just wondering what exactly is meant when someone is "overrated". I see alot of posters on here saying this/that guy is overrated. It is mostly seen when talking about Mike Tyson. He fought and beat the best fighters that were available, although his early opponents were definitely "hand picked", that was not all he fought. I also see the term when people dicuss Roy Jones Jr.
