Floyd,if you would have just stayed humble, and kept an exiting style like you had at the begining of your career, nobody would have a problem with you. But in order to sell yourself, you adopted this arrogant, annoying personality, and that led to a lot of people not liking you. On top of that, you stopped going for kos,and went into the ring, content with walking away with boring decsision wins.If you would have just stayed true to yourself, and not sold yourself out,may 2nd wouldn't be a battle of good guy vs bad guy,it would be the fight of the century between 2 of the greatest fighters of our time. Fans would actually tune in to see you fight, not tune in to see you lose.
Mayweather won his fights with his skill and craft. Boxing isn't all about KO's. And incase you didnt notice in every mega fight, it is nearly a case of good guy vs bad guy. They always market the fight this way so that can get they can get more people interested in the fight and get more buys.
Crawford is a really special fighter. However he's only had 1 fight at 140. I think he'll grow into the 147 division and completely dominate in the next 2/3 years but at this moment in time he shouldnt even be mentioned in the same sentance as May/Pac. Crawford should be targeting the likes of Matthysee and then look for someone like Kell Brook.
It would be absolutely fantastic if Jones put a whooping on Huck and then put a beating on Lebedev to then retire off into the sunset.
Y'all must've forgot !
Jason Quigley is the future of the middleweight and super-middleweight divisions, i would say he will stay in the super-middleweight divsion, but i can see him dominating in the next 2years. it is going to be really really exiting watching his progression its great that hes fighting so regularly and getting the tv exposure on the likes of Friday night fights. He was a world class elite amateur, he is only 23,the pro game is going to suit him very well indeed i think #futureChamp :boxing:
Hard to tell really. So far he's only been matched against tomato cans, I agree he has potential but let's not get carried away.
