Too bad he fights nothing like Mike instead he puts on glorified sparring matches with cherry picked opponents . For all of Mike's antics he at least made the price of admission worth it ..If it wasn't for all this media hype these days Floyd wouldn't be doing so much seem more casual fans tune into his fights because in today's age medicority is considered great ! what was mike tysons greatest win in your opinion, too bad boxing isnt all about KOs.... and to call floyd mediocre as a boxer is insane

Weather people pay to see him win or lose, it makes no difference I guess if you're raking in the biggest payday of boxing history. Floyd,if you would have just stayed humble, and kept an exiting style like you had at the begining of your career,nobody would have a problem with you. But in order to sell yourself,you adopted this arrogant, annoying personality, and that led to a lot of people not liking you. On top of that,you stopped going for kos,and went into the ring,content with walking away with boring decsision wins.If you would have just stayed true to yourself,and not sold yourself out,may 2nd wouldn't be a battle of good guy vs bad guy,it would be the fight of the century between 2 of the greatest fighters of our time. Floyd will fight for the first 3 rounds, maybe 2 rounds. Once he gets hit, the chicken will revert to hugging, forearm shoving, ducking and running. I imagine he'll do whatever is required to win... same as anybody else.

I enjoy reading about Mayweather's early years. He has very good stories related to the people who brought him up in his career, or sparring sessions with top level guys from the early 90's. I know there are two sides to Mayweather, and certain people from his past, that mean a lot to him, bring out the better side of him. I love Mayweather's boxing style and how he represents an old school type of boxing that is pretty much dead now. Great technique and aesthetically pleasing boxing style. Have never really rooted for him or Pacquiao, just too easy to root for them, given their skill level. But, at the same time, I can't help but root for the underdog in the fight, Pacquiao. This is what boxing is about, rooting for the underdog, and all it takes is one punch to change a fight. Both are great fighters, and it's gonna be a hell of fight. Waiting for the fight is gonna be hell these next few days, always is with these big matchups. Mayweather was the underdog years ago had Pacquiao agreed to the drug test. Mayweather made himself the top dog. I still see Mayweather as the underdog, going against all the doubters, naysayers, dream-killers.
