There were some blacks in the jury, it wasn't all white.
Carter's career as a contender was over when he went to prison.
The crowd did not boo Giardello when he got the decision.
He didn't go to juvenile hall for protecting himself against a pedophile. He was in and out or reform school for repeated muggings.
Thanks for that. But he did not commit those murders right? I'm just trying to see why they would change a story so much if it's suppose to be based on a true story. I know it's holliwood but even Mike Tyson's movie back in the day was mostly true to his growing up.
A true boxing fan would not want this to happen. I mean why? What will it give us to see one guy 15 years passed his prime and the other almost punch drunk. I see this fight as being a hugging match for 5 or 6 rounds untill Tyson gets tired and starts to crumble again. But because I admire both guys for what they've accomplished in the ring, I'd have to watch it and hope someone doesn't get hurt.
Bojado lost a split decision to Steve Forbes in his last fight. His career has been a disappointment, but he is still a legitimate talent when he trains. He was also one of De La Hoya's sparring partners for the Mayweather fight last year.
Haha, De La Hoya's sparring partner. Well at least you know he's doing pretty good financially then. Back in the day, I would of liked to see him match up against Juan Diaz when he was comming up. Diaz was fighting at 140 when he was first coming up.
