A few years ago I would have agreed that fighters have to go to America to get recognition. Not anymore. America is no longer the mecca of boxing. Europe is. America isn't the force it used to be in boxing, beit the amuteurs or the professional game. A few years ago, yes, now? Not a chance. And the best American's are past their best.
