Rahman doesn't get dishearted. I think this fight will be Vitali's toughest yet. Still, my money's on Klitschko. He just has too much to offer in his arsenal that Rahman can't match.
Guinn hits harder than McCline and Guinn lost to Lyakovich. Sergei has some very good potential. He obviously doesn't fold when he's being pressured like a lot of European fighters and he's very controlled in the ring.
Lyakovich also has a nice body attack which is good when you're facing a guy like McCline who tires.
Lets not remember how McCline burst onto the scene in the first place. Nothing for thirty some odd fights then BOOM! He KO's Grant and decisions Whitaker and Briggs.
Another thing is, McCline hasn't showed me much of late to make me think he will take this fight. He tired late against Byrd and in my opinion lost pretty legitimately.
It would of been better if Lewis came back to fight Klitschko one more time instead of retiring. I think by not doing so his ego has been somewhat damaged. You can see it in the way LL speaks the way he does as a commentator about Vitali during broadcasts or in the news.
This could be a worthwhile fight. Peter is sluggish and slow but has awesome KO power. Diaz has been on a tear but doesn't seem to me to be the type a fighter that could handle the upper echelon heavyweights that are out there.
I happen to think that Golota beat both Byrd and Ruiz but was robbed in the decision. Although there is a case that Ruiz could have pulled it out at the end and a Ruiz win doesn't bother me that much because he completely neutralized Golota down the stretch. Still, if Golota can't put it together against Brewster he should retire. With that said:
