My choices are based on potential of what I believe. This tomato can fad ****e means nothing you can fight and beat poor fighters that doesn't mean you wont beat great fighters. I haven't added khan because he isn't a welterweight and doesn't fight true welterweights
Cant see anything other than a porter win. Khan may do ok for a few rounds but Porters style is a nightmare for Khan unless he can deter Broner and im not sure he has the power.
Making these fight's isn't as easy as you think. Thurman says he will go to the UK but what we hear is that he doesn't want to leave the US. Rios is a bit daft as he would win hands down don't need a rematch clause. Whatever you say Khan is ducking and has been well before any of you knew who Kell Brook was, he always wanted the fight. He was told het a world title and we will fight, then what? ****'s himself. Khan isn't a welterweight. Hearn has some explaining to do but I wouldn't put the blame on Brook I genuinely believe he will fight anyone. And Porter is better than ANYONE khan has beaten.
Brook will have trouble getting these guys to the UK. But I genuinely believe he beats ANY welterweight other than Floyd. He knocks out Thurman and any other hype job you can think of. Time will tell.
The accusation of racism could not be further from the truth. Why do people always need to revert to this bullshit, it's simple facts. Real boxing fans know when fighters are ducking real challenges and in not as appeased as most in blaming promoters. Tank is clearly a great fighter, but If you genuinely believe he is challenging himself then you are blind to the truth. The same can be said for so many around the weight class. Just to add, i would include ryan garcia to that list (just so you don't think I'm being racist again for no reason).
With regards to saying I'm bothered by a black fighter ruling the roost or making money, I couldn't car less how much money fighters make. When did fans start taking and interest in this? I want the best fights. How much money another man makes is none of my concern. Is an argument a fanboy would make to defend the indefensible.
Why are people more concerned about the number of people that bought tickets or ppv as opposed to the quality of opposition? Boxing is so backward. Fans have become so defensive they can't see what is clear to everyone else. I hope he realises this and leaves mayweather but its clear to me that's not going to happen
American fans are far too accepting of this type of career route. He has fought absolutely nobody. So quick to anoint the next star because they do fuck all. Just like boots who has fought 29 times! 29 nobodies. I more than believe he is a great fighter by the way but its embarrassing how they pad these records. Guys like loma, usyk and taylor had better resumes in 10 fights than all of these guys. Stop accepting this bullshit.
To be fair it's great to see a guy with the confidence to actually think he can beat Wlad unlike most opponent. Unfortunately enthusiasm is no substitute for skill. I think Fury will do better than most think but he wont be able in the end to handle Wlads power. Build up will be a giggle though
