The change of mind of Roach let me think that Cotto-Mayweather boxing card will outsell by good numbers Bradley-Pacquiao card, after several trainers including him said that Cotto have a good change, he now change his mind because that word from him will help SELL the fight and that is not what they want. The close dates on the fights are because they want to see how much both sales going to a new negotiation. So he change because he need it, but i bet the Cotto Mayweathe card will outsell Pacquiao Bradley for more than 500,000 to 600,000 ppv buys. Just thinking
I am sorry for Martinez but right now he is in C Class, Cotto have fought much better quality than Martinez that is why Floyd pick him, also Cotto is the best third PPV attraction. Good add, a plus, but the main event was good enough, Cotto is the best ppv guy after Pac and May, so having two of the 3 best ppv guys is already a success, adding Canelo and Mosley guarantee it, so i am both Cotto and Pac fan, but until now this card is better than Pacman. People can say what ever they want, but Cotto have a real chance here, Floyd will not ko him... Never... Floyd latest fights have been pure crap... So Miguel have a real chance and if he do .... Not a 100% but at least 4 out of 10.
Cotto can do the upset, to Cotto get tired in the last 4 rounds he need to be pressured all the fight, things that Pacman and Margarito do, things that Mayweather not do. So i expect Cotto to stay fresh the 12 rounds and execute the plan, and if now is someone that can defeat Floyd is Cotto, styles makes fights and Cotto is the perfect fit for Floyd, also May is 35 not even in the prime, his last bout wasn't even a fight.
