Haye was the best! The greatest HW in this era and Waldo toyed with him alike a 3 year old plays with lego; Wladimir is great; any time Haye got vicious he just jumped out of range. Sure he lost but Wladimir became great; haters gonna hate. No discussion. Waldo = ATG!!!!!

Hey chaps, I'm on the fence atm over who I think will win so can someone help me with some info? I just wanna know who is promoting this clash? And who the referee is? And the agreed upon weight it is 140 right because someone told me yesterday it's 147 that can't be right! I see this being an interesting fight so these factors are crucial in my decision over who wins.

Funny how Haye said a tune up fight then 2 month gap before fighting Wladimir was unnaceptable and unpromotable yet 'suddenly' He can enter into negotiations, sign for and fight against Vitali under identical timeframes. One fight before theirs, then a two month gap with the possibility of loss or injury from Vitali. Plus I don't think any sane folk can rgue Solis is more dangerous then Chisora lets be serious. So it looks like Haye is again BS'ing. Do we honestly think he'll agree to this or again is he wasting Vitali's prime years? Or did he deliberately screw up prioir negotiations in order to fight the older, much slower brother? So to summarize: Haye vs Waldo: Waldo has 1x fight prior, 2 month promotional gap, unnaceptable timeframe to promote the fight. Haye vs Vitali: Vitali has 1x fight prior, 2 month promotional gap, acceptable timeframe to promote the fight.

He couldn't fight Wladimir until Jul 2nd but amazingly he can fight Vitali now in May? Yet more proof Haye is full of ****. And remember that Wladimir & Vitali both fight on the same network which is RTL which means if Haye fights Vitali in May before July he lied to & Wladimir over sky dates meaning he had no intention of fighting him and just wanted to keep him inactive - just how evil must this guy be? This is typical Haye behaviour I think he and booth are talking to get keep their names in the papers only nothing more while attempting to wreck the brothers' fighting schedules. That's the only thing that's important; he said no. It was him that he would have to now fight Chagaev - not the wba. It was him who didn't want Wlad to have a tune up. Would Wladimir really have suddenly become 50x better fighting Chisora? Honestly? Or would it be more likely he get some wear and tear or worse yet have problems due to excessive overtraining? And you'd think if he wanted the fight like he says he does he would be willing to take the risk of Wlad getting injured and delaying a few months but clearly he doesn't want the legacy. Consider it: If he and Wlad fought in July who'd he fight next? CHAGAEV!!! So would delaying a fight with Wlad if Wlad gets injured be the end of the world? Does Chagaev 'define' Hayes' legacy? Does he need Chagaev? Makes perfect sense when you think about it. The only conclusion is Haye doesn't want the fight it's pretty simple.

The first thing he says about Wlad / Haye was Haye deserves 50/50 he gets amazing PPV numbers. What he fails to recognize is haye had no media or fan attention UNTIL he called out Wladimir. I've always been a fan of Wlad. I've always liked his technical ability, his mannerism and his personality but this whole Chisroa back injury thing and the sudden talk of an April/May Haye clash concerns me. Wladimir should just fight Chisora. To drop Chisora and face Haye seems 'dishonorable' to me. Add to that the fact that Haye has continually messed him about I just don't see why Wlad should even bother with Haye while Haye hasn't even achieved anything so it would be a fruitless win anyway. People will hate Wladimir regardless win or loose against whoevere but the one thing they can't bash is his honour. As I say I'm a big fan but Wlad signed to fight Chisora and dropping out with an 'injury' then signing with Haye would seem very suspicious to me; almost Cintron or Dirrell like in cheapness. Wladimir don't let me down. Fight Chisora make Haye wait and if he retires so be it you'll get that belt in November while every true boxing fan knows you'd walk Haye anyway - just don't me immoral.

Froch is still number 7 ha ha ha ha. Abs is above him and so is Pavlik and Dirrell rofl. Styles make fights but Pascal, Dirrell, Kessler, Abraham and Taylor sure as hell tell me Carl is a top 3. I can only see Ward and Bute in his league I mean Kessler won but that fight was a true 50/50 imho and I had Froch winning purely on the fact his punches were more accurate. Seven is a complete joke for a man with that resume and that heart and who has shown he is capable of several styls of fighting.

I just caught the fight, I've had food poisening for the last two days (:, and man HBO's commentary was utter bull**** you can tell they were setting Sergio up for another loss if it went to a decision. In the first round even Sergio was creaming Williams and landing that overhand left several times flush yet the commentators were praising williams! And you could see what was coming too. That wasn't commentary imo that was more propoganda. Did anyone else feel the same or am I being crazy?

Regardless as to whether people know Wlad or not here in the UK Wlad deserves 50/50 because he holds the belts that will elevate Haye's standing and future earnings thereby he is in effect promoting Haye ergo deserves a fair cut of the UK PPV because of the significance of those belts. Whether the Haye supporters admit it or not its true. Haye needs those belts for worldwide and UK recognition. he needs Wlad. Wlad therefore should get his 50% whether Haye brings in the UK money or it because a win vs Wlad would give him even greater negotiating clout, sponsorship, purse etc etc. Peace.

I always thought Wlad looked befuddled vs Thompson and that Thompson was under rated on the net in general even though ppl have picked me up for saying it. Turns out Thompson recently knocked Gaye down in sparring. Yeah I know it's just sparring but if Thompson can catch him and put him down I do wonder. I mean I know Haye isn't that good but still a KD is still a KD. Plus bear in mind Thompson is 39 too and Harrison is severely pumped for this fight; can he do it? Lets hope so I say!!

Groves is fighting October 30th but Warren is pushing for a December 11th fight which is just 40 days after so groves won't even have a proper recovery period or training camp to make that fight. If Warren really wanted the Groves fight he'd reschedule for an early January / February show. By putting a public offer out for December he knows full well the 'public' will perceive any rejection as a duck but any decent boxer would reject such a short period between bouts. I'm all for closing the waiting gap between fights and you all know I don't like the long periods between matches today's fighters have but 40 days? It's a joke really. DeGale still wants no part of Groves that much is clear.
