How is Joshua a fraud, moron, when he is younger, has had less fights, yet has a better resume than both Wilder and Fury?
Hey casual, this isn't 2015 or 2016. Wilder resume completely ****s on Joshuas right now.ortiz and fury b2b with a fury rematch on the way.
Funny how eubank jr is signed to pbc UK and now all of a sudden Eddie hearn and Barry out here hating and trying to de-value The fight. Eddie has the nerve to question the point of the fight? Dillian whyte ducked Ortiz and breazele to face Parker off a loss and washed up chrisora. Parker and chrisora are 2 b2b meaningless fights so hearn can go sit down somewhere
Eddie hearn scared of the possible big numbers eubank degale does on free TV lol
I'm just laughing at the fact that you idiot brits still don't understand the difference between the Usa and UK. Wilder will earn more money fighting fury in Vegas than facing aJ at ****ty Wembley. After the rematch, Vegas will probably approach wilder about making Vegas his new fight home. Once that happens, wilder secures A Side
wilder deserves 50 50 before tyson fury. 6ft 9 and hes a runner/dancer. thats no how someone of his size should be handling his opponents. people forget fury vs wladmir was probably the worst/boringest ppv fight in the last decade and turned off alot of people who were excited for it. say what you want about wilder, but at least his fights are exciting and he finishes people compared to fury.
so hearn and aj want to make their american debut against a 42 year old non american who has cold feet after just getting knocked out after a 2 year layoff due to a previous defeat. hmm this is the "competition" yall rave about?
some of you need to open your eyes and ask yourselves why is hearn and aj pushing for a fight which they have nothing to gain from instead of trying to acquire the most prestigious title the WBC. aj next 3 projected fights are jokes. old man vladmir, pulev, and joseph parker. if vlad wasnt old af id be cool with it but dude is 42 coming off a ko. pulev might actually be better than parker and he sucks himself so i just find this whole situation laughable.
are you guys excited for another vlad aj press conference..........
watch a anthony joshua joseph parker press conference or watch wet paint dry. ill go with the latter
this fight is such a mismatch and its between the 2 borringest personalitys in the sport. its so bad, that their promoters are doing most of the talking for them. ive seen more bad blood between toddler sibblings than between parker and joshua. this is why i scratch my head when yall hype up these bozos without personality.
also its kinda funny how joshua needs 4month camp for old ass wladmir and 3 1/2month camp for bum ass parker... it wouldnt be wise for joshua sake/health to give deontay wilder 4months to prepare for him.
Someone remind me, between Lucas Browne, chrisora Parker and Rivas, what exactly has whyte gained in the last year and yr and a half. No fans, no youtubers, no haters were asking whyte to fight any of those 4 obscure irrelevant dudes who don't even have internet fan bases supporting them.
Alotta these whyte fans were the same people arguing in 2017 that Joseph Parker was a top 2 or 3 heavyweight in the world. That narrative died off quick
Both whyte and breazeale were koed in rd 7 by Aj. Breazele took more punchee and got up after 15seconds. Whyte took less punches and was unconscious. .. dillian whyte can't take as much punishment
Funny seeing whyte trying to boost up a short 40 yr old white man who isn't on peds anymore. Even had the nerve to call him a former world champion this guy is a joke who struggles against taller figters. Couldn't ko wach, couldn't ko helenius lol. His frame isn't built to punch upwards, thus him swinging like a madman vs 6ft 6 Aj. Breazele would very likely ko whyte between rd 6 and rd 10.
Remember, whyte hasn't scored a knockdown or knockout in almost 2 years
Aj next 2 opponents are non English speaking euros. So he plans to use wilders name to keep him relevant and sell his bs fights. Aj has 2 COMPLETELY BORING FIGHT BUILD UPS GURANTEED.
Not a bad fight but I'm more interested in Tyson Fury's comeback fight that same night against Frank Bruno. Tough choices...
no this is a bad fight. what i would like to see happen is the wbc remove stivernes mandatory for skipping a drug test and then i want stiverne vs whyte because i know for a FACT stiverne would starch whyte easy. every person wilder has defended his title against except for spzilka (due to what wilder did to him), would beat whyte.
Now lets get this straight, whyte couldnt knock out ian lewinson, couldnt knock out daivd allen, couldnt knock out chrisora, cancelled his fight against mariusz wach because he knew he would lose, had hearn throw wilder a lowball fight offer to make it seem like wilder was ducking him and have whytes name in headlines, only to fight a guy literally no one knew still boxed. michael grant is 3 years OLDER than wladmir and will be 4 years older than wlad after the 1st week of august. the guy has fought 3 times in the last 4 years..... he was knocked out in all 3 matches..... how do you go from trying to challenge for the most pretigeous title to fighting this guy????
whyte should fight the winner of gerald washington vs jarrell miller or he needs to stfu about getting a wbc title shot. ortiz is a top contender so he deserves a shot and even dominic breazele fought izu ugonoh who is a very tough guy and won by ko so hes more deserving than whyte.
so in 2017, we've seen the uk cherry pick a fight against washed up paulie malignaggi, old man klitscko, 44 year old michael grant, and theyre seriously trying to run back the fade with old man klitscko.
and the small sample size we've gotten of uk fighters facing real american competition, we saw gervonta davis beat the brakes off liam "walllshyyy" walsh in england, we saw errol spence jr make kelly brook take a knee in england, and although it was ruled a draw look at what badou jack did to james degales face. uk fighters are domestic hype jobs who beat up on the rest of the world but steer clear of american fighters because they know whats going to happen. shout out to billy joe saunders for ducking danny jacobs for willie monroe jr.
YOU LAME *****S MAD RIGHT NOW. My boy deontay wilder runs showtime viewership # and it aint even close. Yall ****boys can keep that 12.5MILLION unless yall tryna up that bag/offer. If broner cant get more views then wilder, then you know wilder runs showtime boxing. WHERE MY BOMBSQUAD PEOPLE AT
Wilder, make the fight with AJ.
Either take the $12.5 for a shot at glory, or negotiate a better deal.
Knocking out Breazeale won't prove anything or help your career. If people are advising you to fight Breazeale tell them to go f*ck themselves. You got yourself the recognition you deserve by beating Ortiz, don't throw that away by returning to low-risk, low-reward fights.
Really hope these rumours aren't true
simple minded sheep. if wilder accepts the 12.5mil and ko's Joshua(which he will do), all hearn will talk about is how hes making money off of wilders back.
incase yall forgot, EDDIE HEARN WANTS TO SIGN WILDER. wilder doesn't want to sign to hearn. so in spite, hearn tries to indirectly control wilders career by trying to steer him straight to whyte and Joshua. why is that? its because wilder doesn't need to be directly signed to hearn for hearn to profit off of deontay wilder.
this is why hearn is constantly bringing up how he can pay wilder double his highest payday to face whyte(a guy we all know wilder will demolish). hearn knows whyte loses to wilder its enough of hearn to be able to say and know that wilders highest payday would have came from him especially when that number would still be lower that what aj makes.
what a lot of yall fail to see and realize is that wilder is fighting aj and hearn inside and outside of the ring. if wilder accepted the 1st deal they offered, wilder will win inside of the ring but hearn and matchroom will have won the mental part of the fight outside the ring by making substantial money which wilder IS entitled to. if wilder beats aj and earns 12.5 while over 80mil is divided between hearn and Joshua, will wilder haters be making videos about wilder being undisputed champion or will they try to shift their focus to talk about how wilder isn't getting paid like so & so...
also peep this. wilders 1st 40 fights undefeated all kos. wladmir klitscko lost fight #25 to a bum and had 3 losses by fight #45. lost his belts to fury, and aj gives him a 50 50 purse split. wilder is doing better in his 1st 40 fights that wlad yet they say wilder doesn't deserve 50 50.
beats ggg leftovers and now hes thinking retirement. i wouldnt expect anything less from a uk fighter. dont be surprised when joshua is saying this after he beats pulev or parker
As a neutral, I definately would not make Wilder a big favourite in that fight and could very much see an upset. Which also explains Wilders extreme reluctance to take the fight and We Be Crooks refusal to enforce it.
How about this. Explain to everyone posting here whytes strengths as a boxer. Not compared to wilder, just tell us what makes whyte such a "dynamic" force too you. Im VERY VERY interested in your response.
What I've found is that the majority of people who claim whyte can beat wilder don't like answering this question. Why is that?
Look, if you guys feel whyte has 1 of the best "jabs" or the best "footwork" in the division, don't be scared to say/express that infront of the fellow boxingscene community. Now most of us on boxingscene will laugh hysterically at such statements but don't let that stop you from saying what it is.
So with all that being said, please whyte supporters inform us on whytes biggest skills and tools that present a nightmare for the 41-0-40ko 20 1st rd ko champion going for his 10th consecutive title defense.
Fun Fact: the real reason Joshua never wanted to give wilder a 50 50 split was because if wilder and Joshua agree to 50 50, wilder actually makes more $ than Joshua would due to how they're contracts are setup. On the very surface level of the idea that wilder would make more than Aj if they agreed 50 50, think about this. Whatever the amount Joshua pays out to hearn as his promoter, wilder himself would get to pocket that money because wilder is his own self promoter
so wilder fought chris arreola and gerald washington as replacement opponents and this is who whyte has been training months for? some 44(turns 45 in august) year old who hasnt fought since god knows when. hearns heavyweights fighting old men
Everyone is talking about and anticipating the 3rd match this summer. Everyone is excited. If wilder beats fury, were going to get wilder fury 4 conclusion in December 2020. Imagine the greatest rivalry of our era resulting in 4 total fights with 3 of them being b2b2b all in less than 12-14 months? Credit to wilder and fury for keeping the sport exciting. These baby weight divisions need to stop ducking each other
Ortiz and Rivas each fought Jennings. Ortiz dominated and koed Jennings in 7rds while Rivas was losing on all scorecards entering the 12th rd and got a late tko. Rivas is also 5ft 11 with extremely short arms?
Can anyone guess why whyte choose to fight #10 Rivas over #3 Ortiz? Because like usual he chooses the easiest fight out of the 2
With AJ rated @ #1 & AP #3 could the ring magazine belt be at stake?
No dumbass. Alexander povetkin who's failed multiple steroid test for 2 different steroids isn't ring magazine worthy.
Wilder is Fury may involve the ring magazine belt because we're talking wbc champion and lineal heavyweight champion. Povetkin is the russia steroid champion
as much as i hate stiverne(which is alot), some of yall comments are getting out of hand. after joshua, wilder, wlad, and ortiz, a case can be made that bermane stiverne (as inactive as he is) is the 5th best heavyweight in the world today. remember stiverne lost to a 6ft 7 man with a 84 inch reach and 97%ko ratio. if parker was in the ring with stiverne, parker would get floored in 7rds
Really think to yourself "wilder is understandable, but why would alexander povetkin feel the need to take steroids leading up to a fight against bermane stiverne?". there was obviously something about stiverne that made povetkin feel like he needed a extra boost or extra edge and lead to him taking roids.
