ANTHONY JOSHUA has admitted he is begging' to face Deontay Wilder in April. Joshua, who holds three of the four major world heavyweight titles, is seeking an opponent for his next Wembley date. Click Here To Read More]
They refused to give terms when asked. So you're wrong.
That's a lie. Hearn admitted on IFL that Haymon and Finkel answered all of his questions, he was satisfied with the answers, Team Joshua was seriously considering accepting the 50 million offer after weeks of talking it over, but in the end they decided they preferred to fight at home for less money.
This is all right out of Hearn's mouth.
There's nothing wrong with Joshua fighting wherever he wants for however much he wants.
But stop lying about whether the 50 million offer was sincere. Hearn admitted it was.
I'm a fan of AJ and Wilder, but I have to admit I took some satisfaction out of Wilder and Fury finding a way to completely bypass Hearn & AJ to make a big and significant heavyweight fight. Hearn needs to walk it back and stop with some of his tactics because it's making AJ looks really bad.
All roads do not go through AJ at this point, he is the biggest name at HW but these other guys deserve respect and they do have loads of fans themselves.
I'm more than happy to see any combination of fights between Wilder, Fury, Big Baby and King Kong. That's potentially 2 or 3 years of fantastic action that has nothing to do with AJ. Hearn needs pony up and pay these guys big cake and make big fights for AJ.
It was a well played publicity move by Haymon. Wilder got major publicity with no intention of fighting. Hearn was too smart to fall for the trap of agreeing only for them being forced to pull out because of BT though.
Haymon was brilliant to get AJ to say he'd fight for $50m. Brilliance again to make AJ say he wouldn't sell his soul. And a piece of intellectual supremacy to make AJ say you train and fight Wilder. Great moves all around by Al
Impossible for him to sign if BT were involved. Which was later revealed that Wilders team were indeed negotiating with BT. That's why Hearn asked for the full terms and likely why Wilders team refused. BT was their way out if Joshua accepted.
That sounds good, but we never got to that point because there was no agreement in principle. Would have been nice to see Joshua say yes and see if it was all talk or not
What's so hard to understand? It's not an apple so that's why we add the descriptive word 'fake' and it's a real thing.
Or are you saying theres no such thing as a fake apple and that they are not real thing that exists?
I'm just providing an analogy so that you can understand it not my fault you thick as sh#it and can't see the parallels.
It makes perfect sense to say Wilder really made an offer that was fake, if you believe it was. (I'm going to argue whether it was or not because it just goes in circles)
Like you said, it makes perfect sense to say Wilder made an offer that was fake. But that's not what Eddie said. Eddie said the offer was real.
How much sense does it make to call the piece of plastic a real apple?
I believe when Hearn said it was a real offer he was confirming he did indeed receive an offer.
Yes, he received an offer for the term Joshua set forward. He then declined said offer.
Thanks for clearing that up
Let's go with the fruit analogy. Is that plastic fruit an apple, or a piece of plastic? Does it taste like Apple? Does it smell like apple? When you look at it under a microscope, do you see apple or plastic? Is it a real fruit?
More importantly here, do you think Eddie Hearn was talking about "plastic fruit " when he said it was real?

Batman is a comic book character, he exists as a comic book character. I mean how hard is it?
Seemingly very hard for you to differentiate between real and fake.
So, let me ask you this. When Hearn said it was a real offer, was he talking about Julius Caesar real, or Batman real?
Well actually what he is saying is correct, there is a real video of Wilder making an offer for 50 mil. So unless we imagined it completely, it was real in terms of it actually happened.
This is way to phylisophical but you can get real fake fruit right? Like a plastic apple is a real thing.

Someone imagined the character and then the character came into existence in comic books etc.
If something exists, it's real. It's not that difficult man.
Please read the definition you've provided again.
real1
/riːl/Submit
adjective
1.
actually existing as a thing or occurring in fact; not imagined or supposed.
"Julius Caesar was a real person"
synonyms: actual, existent, non-fictional, non-fictitious, factual.
"Actually existing as a thing or occurring in fact; not imagined or supposed"
Actually existing, not imagined. Not what you just said.
"Non fictional, non fictitious"
Do you understand the difference between fact and fiction? Do we need to define these terms as well?
Technicalities of his language?! Real and fake are "technicalities of his language"? Those are polar opposite. Either something exists or it doesnt, theres no technicality there

I'm pretty confident that someone imagined Batman.
If this real offer had been met with a real acceptance and a real understanding of the terms, we would have a real contract that could be enforced in a real court.
I'm done. Believe what's real, or believe what's fake. It's up to you
In your world too. You brought up the definition of real, by definition any offer is real, it exists. Are you trying to change definitions now?
I don't understand the batman ****, want to explain?
Batman is as real as that 20m you're "offering"
Any offer i make is real, it exists so it's real. Check the definition of real.
So, in your world, theres no such thing as a fake offer? By your definition of real, Batman was a real person.
Ok so you're just arguing the technicalities of his language.
Technicalities of his language?! Real and fake are "technicalities of his language"? Those are polar opposite. Either something exists or it doesnt, theres no technicality there
Yes, and where I come from, if you say something you're not going to do, youre not real. You're fake. I would call it a fake offer, not a real one
Ok so you're just arguing the technicalities of his language.
You're stupid.
I'll give you 20 mil if you get your account banned.
The offer is real, it exists.
But i'm lying i won't actually give you 20 mil.
:dunce::dunce:
If the $20m doesn't exist, nor does the intent behind the proposal (I use the term proposal because you cannot actually offer something that doesn't exist) then the proposal is invalid, fake, fictitious, fraudulent. Not real.
Again, we go back to what I just said. Real and lie cannot mutually coexist
