Rios is not going to win a boxing match or a fight with Manny. The problem for him is that he is also not some monsterous puncher that could land and end it with one shot if Manny truly has a cracked chin. The very best he can do here is go out on his shield while making some account for himself so he can build off of the exposure. The worst case scenario is he turns into Margarito a gets ruined. Hopefully Garcia is good enough to be merciful and throw the towel in this time.
I think your not giving Rios power enough credit.. hes not a one punch ko artist but if Manny's chin is truly cracked I mean he did get KTFO so we don't know, I believe Rios has enough pop to rock/kd Manny if he lands on the Chin the problem is "IF" after all it's not easy to land cleanly on Manny pre KTFO.

Rios is a good fighter and he has been a champion at both 135 and 140. Pacquiao is a great fighter. Great fighters usually beat the hell out of good fighters. Of course Rios has a chance to win. Sometimes good fighters beat great fighters.I think Rios is really bigger than Pacquiao and he is in his prime at 27 and about 8 years younger than Pacquiao. Pacquiao is about a 4 to 1 betting favorite and a Pacquiao one sided KO win is the most likely result but certainly not a sure thing
