The boxing business is controlled by a bunch of vipers and Oscar knows this. It takes one to know one. I remember when Manny Pacquiao had signed a contract with Gboy promotions and Oscar had given Manny $500,000 in cash as a signing bonus at the start of Manny's career. Bob Arum found out and immediately wanted a meeting with the PacMan. PacMan didn't know what to do and so he called Waki Salud, who had been an advisor to Manny in the Philippines. Manny told Waki "what should I do with Arum, I have already signed a contract with Oscar", to which Waki responded, "it won't hurt to hear Arum out". And so Waki took a flight to the U S that same night to help Manny with his meeting with Arum to which Arum offered Manny a $1 mil signing bonus and that he would take care of the legal costs when Oscar would sue. I know this personally because Waki told me. And so to make a long story short, Oscar has felt the Arum burn and so he is paranoid that someone, anyone, will take his fighter Garcia or anyone of his other fighters and this is why he gives Canelo 80% of the fight proceeds when Canelo fights and this is why Canelo has not left his organization .... the Tank is a powerhouse just like Tyson was when he was 20 and 0. Garcia is a Pretty boy and has all of the girls following him on Facebook and Instagram and so he's marketable nationally . Oscar wants to have that goose that lays the golden eggs besides Canelo and he thinks that Ryan might be that goose. I don't think that the guy can rise to that level especially with head trainer Eddie Reynoso. It will take a lot less of a fighter to take out Ryan than Davis. Oscar knows this and so he still hopes for Ryan's development into that mega star which will never come.
I think that you are right, Top Rank does have the best MatchMakers in the business as in Bruce Trampler somepne who'm I have known since about 40 years ago when he was pushing boxing tickets in Houston. They know what they are doing when bringing up a fighter although you never know when the dark horse decudes to come out....
Garcia may not ever be ready to fight these two now that he has Eddie Reynoso as his head trainer. This trainer just has the talk but no gift or knowledge as a trainer. He trains Canelo which literally made himself the fighter that he is today. It isn't Eddie that made Canelo great, Canelo only thinks that Eddie did but he made himself who he is today.

Delahoya is a wuss worrying about Ryan Garcia talking to Mayweather. Garcia can fight, sort of but would quickly get ko'd by tank or Teofimo Lopez. Pretty boy Ryan Garcia would get his pretty face battered by those two and even Carlos Balderas would take him out. I guess Oscar is over reacting because he knows that his Gboy promotions is going nowhere. He is very lucky to have Canelo still be part of his company and everyone knows that if it weren't for Canelo, his company would be bankrupt.

The Tank against Loma would be a great fight with probably the Tank stopping Loma early. If the Tank doesn't take out Loma early, Loma, who would be the better conditioned fighter for the long haul, would either stop the Tank in the late rounds or score a unanimous decision with the Tank barely holding on to make the distance. Ryan Garcia should not even be in the discussion to fight anyone of these fighters much less to fight a Teofimo Lopez....

I don't see anyone beating Lomachenko in the forseeable future, he is just too perfect a fighter with both good offense and good defense although his chin has yet to be tested. The only way to beat Lomachenco is to be like a stealth Bomber. Go in fast as soon as the bell rings and try to take him out by taking him by suprise.Try to hit him hard at the point of his chin with the hope of snuffing him completly out. If this doesn't work, good luck for the rest of the fight.

Fight should go the distance but you never know. Lets talk advantages: Spence is bigger and will be heavier come fight night (advantage Spence). Garcia is the more experienced fighter if you closely look at both fighters records (advantage Garcia). Fight will be held in Dallas hometown of Spence but lots of Mexicans and Mexican Americans will attend fight (no advantage to either fighter). Depending on the Ref and officials, more than likely Spence will have the advantage fighting in his hometown. Spence will be the fighter causing the most fouls but Texas Refs are notorious for just letting the fighters fight and don't get involved too much (advantage Spence because he looks like more of an unorthodox fighter or the wilder fighter of the two). If you look at their records and who they fought, Garcia has definitely had the harder opposition (advantage Garcia). Fight should go the distance but with Garcia having a 20% knockout chance as opposed to a 10% knockout chance for Spence.....
