Bivol did almost all the clean head punching. The highlight reels are his. Bet's best punches were to the body. Those at least were clean. His head shots usually hit a lot of shoulders and gloves, just like Canelo did. All Bivol had to do was fight a little more and stop giving parts of rounds away with inactivity. One punch can make an eye like that, so can a shoulder or a scrape. I am not sure how it got there.
It was a decent fight not a great one. Only suck ass announcers hired by Al the turkey could not stop talking about how great it was, or how excited the crowd were when you could easily hear they were not particularly excited. People were excited by the matchup, not the fight itself. Only suckers paid for that who cannot listen to their own experience.
Should have been a knockdown. Tank actually lost the fight, but his drawing power saved him. Comical that some were calling him an ATG, and even more comically, they probably still are. Nobody told him to wear braids.
That may be the most entertaining article I have ever read on Boxing Scene. Absolutely terrific. Already a fan of Frazier's, I am now one of Mulvaney's.
