Friday afternoon
Fight fans can pick-up free weigh-in tickets (Limit One Pair Per Person), which are required for admittance, at the Madison Square Garden box office, during normal business hours, starting Tomorrow! Wednesday, November 30, beginning at 9 a.m. ET, through Noon ET on Friday, December 2.
Cotto
should only fight Mayweather or retire Pacman will hit him too much. Cotto is a nice Guy and he got 2 gifts at the Garden already. I would not like to see him getting hit with more Pac uppercuts and hooks.:luvbed:
Cotto is a nice guy but
He thumbed Tony it was shown in slow motion to hurt his eye, No warning or point taken away or declaration the injury was caused by a foul, he head butted him shown in slow motion still the ref stayed out of it and the ref did not warn or Cotto or break up the holding 9 out of ten times. Then the doctor stops the fight when recently on HBO they let a messed up fighter win by KO.
After the fight besides the thumb in the eye injury at the post fight press conference even with all the help Cotto was CLEARLY the much more bruised up fighter.
TONY was CLEARED by doctors to fight and take punches to the the eye.
Yet they said his felt bad for his bad eye (SURE)
Cotto was running away across the ring earlier and was taking serious body blows and about to be put out again even with his fouling and holding.
The truth will set you free.
Pacman come in throws to the body and head and ducks back to his right to get greeted by Shanes Left hook right hand combination over and over till Pacman is done the way all agressive fighters get KO'd by Shane.:boxing:
If PrettyBoy did not have a ref to save his ass,a corner to choke his victims, he would be knocked out Floyd many times over.
I have a feeling the money may not be in Floyd's corner this time and if the ref does not come in between when he grabs with one hand he may be in for a bad night.
I will be suprised if Jones signs
The old Jones could move. This Jones Lays on the Ropes and could get caught. My two Fav fighters are probably just going to dance and get a Big Payday though.
Mayorga is Very funny and i am sure he will be nice to Vargas when he knocks him out, he knows Vargas would be a tough fight before Vargas got his ass wiped by Trinidad and he peaked sooner than Mayorga. He has no movement and will be a sitting duck against a mobile Mayorga. The both have got KO'D B4 but Mayorga recovered better as he loves a good slugfest.. Vargas is a great guy and was a great fighter and should stay out of the ring.
Tito looks like he's in good shape considering the lay-off.
The Old roy would be able to stay away and win. The recent Roy might get caught he plays to the crowd.
Hopkins overhand right will stop Winky
If it takes one or 12 rounds Winky will not survive them, Benard will have no problem staying away from Winky's Left jab as he just had a big practice session with the bigger and stronger Tarver. I see Winky getting knocked across the ring with Benards excellent counter. Think Joppy.
Based on tha last fight Marquez will win on the punch stats like the last fight even more since Pacman gets hit more lately, I don't think Marquez will be off his feet this fight , but the money says PACMAN wins if standing at the final bell and that is likely.
Tito love
Classiest welterweight, not a problem to his record to go out against Bhop at 160 that has since won the Lt heavy crown.Or Roy J Jr Former heavyweight champ. Moving up in weight with out great height is silly. As Roy Knows.
Superman Roy
My favorite fighter... no champion fighter ever that was previously undefeated came back after being knocked out twice (Thrice). Reflexes slow after 28 and that was your power, not even Superman can overcome the kryptonite of age. Stop being your own worst enemy and stay out out the ring and look for your (George Foreman ) grill to endorse. You were the best fighter of all time do you really want to get punched now?
It is true
The Ref broke them a every time Hatton had Mayweather cornered over and over and over again, for the first 2 rounds when Floyd 's hand should have been knocked away by the Ref and points being taken away for excessive holding.
Maybe Bernard should retire to avoid injury, but not because his boxing skills have eroded . He out landed Chad while throwing less and landed more power punches by punch Stats. An injury from getting thrown down ,not by a punch is a no Contest and he deserves to retain his title.
If you look at Foremans last fight
against Briggs or Ali's last against Berbick they were not given the nod on fights they may have won. this was a bigger disgrace but that title was just a paper title and in boxing politics it seems old champions do not get the nod.....that being this should STILL be overturned.
