Yeah, I'm not sure why this is beaten to death. The Peter, sanders, Brewster, fights were a rough patch and part of his transition to the fighter he is today. He's gone on to beat better fighters and has looked solid. is that how you define a better fighter? working on his complete spoiling/holding tactics. the only guy who he doesnt beat on hugging and holding is mayweather. povetkin was his hardest recent fight and he sat on him all night, he couldnt get rid of jennings, granted he ko'd pulev and leapai but they have always been B level fighters, basically like 2 charr's who was ko'd recently, its extremely likely fury would box all these kids into next week apart from povetkin who would put up more resistance. if you weigh it up, and look at wlads hardest most recent fight (which he fought like a complete ******) he hasnt really looked that impressive. his match making is usually on point and i actually think hes going to seriously consider fighting briggs.

This is not a grudge match, not even Haye vs Klitschko was a grudge match. The way Wladimir laughed, ridiculed and generally had a laugh at Haye's expense on the Hamburg turf for their initial presser was hilarious viewing.
