If the basis of Henry Armstrong being #3 ATG is winning and holding 3 titles at the same time within a year, then Pac should be #4 ATG and at least #3 if he wins a welterweight title (based on that analysis, and based on the current boxing scenario which seem to impede holding class/ titles simultaneously).
BTW, that list may not be updated yet, it requires comprehensive analysis before they put Pac in there, not 2 days after a fight.
Do not get surprise, but most people are focus in a wrong way, yes manny beat up an old oscar, , but stiil he last nine rounds, the fight with Hatton, yes a beautiful ko, but it was a lucky punch, even it looks like manny was about to win the fight anyway. BUT, the fighter in from of manny now, will bring down the Filipino, Floyd, Cotto, Mosley, are figters that manny will not be able to defeat. so manny kingdom is about to be destroy. by the way manny is one of my favorite figters, but the true is that one.
