Manny Pacquiao is not top 10-30 all time...

if TS is asking if i could name 30 fighters that are greater then pac, the answer is yes, pac is not a top 30 ATG. but because he's still fighting, and still has the hype, and has a ton of fans on here, people will say rediculas things like pac is a top 10, lol, our era doesnt have enough talent as most, its just a fact.

the guy is still active. let him finish his career then let the experts decide where he belongs in the atg list. the list provided by the ts is still subject to change
