I think Maidana will def do all he can to male it a very ugly war and try to keep floyd flustered,but ultimately i think Floyd will stay behind some stiff fast jabs and will ultimately begin beating maidana to the body which slow him and eventually take away alot of the pop behi hnd his unorthodx over hand hard left hooks. I think it emds with Floyd hurting his right hand and he takes the fight on points. I think a good glimpse of this fights possible outcome is to take a look at the Devon Alexander vs Marcos Maidana fight which was very entertaining fight.
Floyd V Pac?
As a fan of the Sport i'm not as interested in this fight as i was 2 or 3 years ago...BUT just like the Marquez v Pacqiuao 4,I had no real interest in that fight being i felt the judges blew those prior fight decisions really badly I would still watch the bout anyway..Simply because of my love for the sport of boxing:boxing:

I didnt think Paulie beat Broner to a point of taking the fight,he was very busy,he didnt run away from Broners advances to fight..But i would've respected a draw instead of the judges just stealing the man's belt.Martinez v Murray i feel the same way,i feel the opponent needs to pitch a hands down shutout against a champ to rightfully take ownership of their belt.My all time biggest fight robbery to date was definitely Felix Sturm vs Oscar Delahoya,complete F#@^ery!
Why is TMT getting so much attention?
I think one of the main reasons (TMT) they're getting so much attention is because the majority of the powerful fight promoters that are in the fight game are much older than the fighters. So other than the Business of Boxing they may have no real connection as far as having something in common,on the other hand a artist like 50 or a fighter like floyd will probably more than likely have more things in common (hip hop,fashion,partying,style,women etc).Not saying all fighters will fit that mold,but a lot of the fighters may feel they have someone they can identify with..similarly to how in the late 80's and 90's so many of us saw ourselves in a fighter like Mike Tyson young rebel like,and deriving from were some of us may come from,so we gravitated to him pretty easily.Some may disagree but thats just my view of the picture,im sure they'll be other views some pro some con.Peace yall:boxing:

Im pretty much in agreement with Dominican Soy about the better prospect being an ALVAREZ VS COTTO being a pretty nice match for both fighters.You guys know the motto: STYLES MAKE FIGHTS.

I hope this new alliance that may be taking place in Boxing does a lot of good and progressive things for the fighters and definitely for the sport of Boxing..the pugilists that are putting and have put their lives on the line for this great sport and our entertainment really deserve some good things to come their way.

I have to give JL props,he gave an extremely valiant effort but at the end of the day Alvarez was just to big and strong for him to overcome and win.He fought like a mofo and let his heart guide him but it was'nt enough.I think if they make an Alvarez vs Cotto affair happen that will be a really nice brawl. I have call that one with Cotto taking it.Lets see what the money exchangers throw to together as the next big fight card.

Fought a good one
I thought it was a pretty good fight,i thought if JCC pressed the issue like he attempted in the twelfth rd starting around the third he may have pulled off an Victory.Either way i tip my hat to him for fighting a worthy vet that he knew ran the chance of giving him an upset. JCC is still young, he has quite a bit of time to sharpen things up and get more ring intelligence on his side.Once he makes up his mind to be more consistent in his camp he'll see the hard work pay off.
