Exactly. What is with this whole Brit/USA thing anyway? lol Such primitive behavior, you're all our little brothers anyway so relax. Why be separated by a flag?
How is Khan garbage? Honestly the idiots you find in this world. He and Lamont put up an epic fight, can't you just be glad to have seen it rather than blast him? Boxing needs fights like this one, fact.
??? I'm not a big time Khan fan. I just said that, did you read it? Nobody cares about Bradley, he had his shot and he blew it. Even the most idiotic individual should be able to tell that Khan will be back even better. Bradley is the top dog at 140? The guy sucks, who is gonna buy his fights? Another protected fighter who avoids the entire division. Khan and the rest of the division actually have balls and fight eachother. He even got stripped because he wouldn't fight anyone. Check your facts.
Bradley? The guy won't fight anybody. I bet he was pleasuring himself after the decision, knowing he can avoid Khan. He had his chance with Devon and made a joke out of the sport, so just relax with these comments. Khan actually has fights I don't fall asleep in, I aint a huge fan but that says something. Oh and Bradley is a *****.
My friends aren't big fans of boxing at all but when Hatton fights all of them stay up into the early hours to watch him. Same with Calzaghe when he was active. Before Hatton fought Pacquiao nobody knew who Manny was, now he's pretty much a household name.
2 pounds is a big deal. If you don't think so, lose as much weight as can in 2 months... then lose 2 more pounds.
And that's not taking into consideration that Cotto has to train for and be ready for a 12 fight with the best fighter in the world.
For sure, those extra 2 pounds are a bitch to lose. Wish Pacquiao would have let him fight at 147 so there would be no DLH like excuses.
True but sometimes your best win isn't your best performance nor do you have to be in your prime. Leonard was certainly not at his peak against Hagler yet it's one of his biggest wins.
I do think that Duran looked amazing against Leonard but he had some rather mediocre performances before that, not including the Palomino fight in which he looked great. He also seemed to be taking rounds off, making the fight closer on the scorecards than it truly was.
Good point, but no matter what you consider to be his prime, where would he rank for you all in the best ever? He's in my top 10 for sure.
I think we could be surprised here, if Hatton gets too the body it'll be game over for the pac-man. It all depends on how quick Ricky is at slipping the punches, he looked good against Malinaggi so let's hope it continues
Lets hope so, just dont see it happening to be honest. It's gonna be a late night though no matter what happens. Anybody know when the next 24/ is?
Go out to mates

Sleep
Go to sunderland to corner a team mate
Its gonna be a long ass weekend.
Even though I'd love Ricky to win i just dont see it happening. Will most probably get caught with straight lefts on the way in for most of the early rounds, then Pacman will step it up around round 8 and get the stoppage.:hail:
Id say around the time Oscar did, it happens to fighters at different ages though. Look at Foreman, could still win the title at what? 44? Then Morales who had a quick decline around 29.
For sure, but obviously Leonard was the bigger name, he only had a couple of fights at welterweight before the fight i think. Plus Sugar Ray was an unbeaten household name and was the favourite to win.
