I am American. Diamante stated in an interview that he repeats the last names in homage to some of the great but lesser known ring announcers from the past (guys like Marc Bureau). They originally did it because audio speaker systems in some of the smaller venues weren't the best and the crowd noise could drown out the what the ring announcer was saying. I thought it was annoying at first but it grew on me and I liked the story behind it.

I say that because frank claimed Daniel had suffered a “Double Fracture” with “nerve damage” but he didn’t have surgery, and is already in training for his return fight. Where as Saunders had surgery within 14 hours of the fight. Kell brook also was the same. Sooner Daniel or Frank acknowledge and admit this the better, this lie and facade can only harm Dubois and not benefit him, and I totally understand why frank said that about Dubois at the time, just don’t agree with it.
