check out Bernard Hopkins playing wolf in sheep's clothing.
he's got on a ****ing pawpaw vest with a tie on , with the tie tucked in, and large black framed paw paw glasses. gotta love this guy.
Cotto patiently listens to Steward and absorbs the information. You can see that he holds a great deal of respect for Steward as well. I think Steward is going just fine with him. I think Steward should hire Anne Wolfe for strength and conditioning on the side, strictly strength and conditioning coaching though, no corner advice. Wolfe is not a good communicator in the corner, but I really like her old school melded with new age style of training. She seems to be pretty vicious. Roach six or seven years ago would've been great for Cotto, I'd rather him have that version of Roach than today's, not because Roach is a mess today or anything...But think about how bad he'll be in five years, Cotto getting with him in '03 would guarantee him fifteen years with a trainer; but Steward and Wolfe on the side for strength and conditioning would be amazing for Miguel. Anne Wolfe is a crazy bitch. Some of the shit I've seen her put Kirkland through makes me tired just watching it. Innnovative ideas that I've never seen before, like a truck with a large steel beam over the top of it, holding two heavy bags on the opposing ends, going 5 mph while people train on the bags. I think it's an effective method
Showtime showed the last truly great fight, Castillo vs Corrales 1. While HBO may consistently host better fighters, I think Showtime is always worth watching. It saddens me that they bought into mma
if Marquez had the power of Mosley behind the numerous right hands he landed flush on Floyd's chin, he would have knocked him out
Floyd is there for the taking by the right fighter
I think your definition of flush is what's wrong here.
Flush isn't when a guy is moving his vital area away from the power. That's rolling with it...
Flush is when you're either hit unsuspectingly or walk directly into the punch, and you can tell because anyone hit flush normally gives signs of vulnerability, such as a buckling of the knees, willingness to clinch, or willingness to run. It's rare, but the guys who bomb back after being hurt show true balls. Balls like that are a rarity, but they're out there. Don't make me slap you for saying Duddy or anything like that, we haven't even seen anything recently in the last year that really defines what I'm talking about. It's when you see a guy get really badly hurt and then just throw caution to the wind by bombing back with all he has...that's when the beauty of the sweet science takes place in the eye of the beholder...
mosely vs mora is hot garbage...hbo was smart passing up that
first of all it'll be a sparring match because of how Mora respects Mosely....remember when shane showed up at the contender to spar with everyone and shit? mora had nothing but respect for shane. He doesn't have the kind of killer instinct you need to beat up a guy you respect.
of course they were. he fought nothing but weak opponents, but he had a pretty good jab and imho had the best hands per capita compared with his acting ability.
mickey rourke.
ive seen this film (Bullet) 81 times.
It just doesn't get old.
Watch the ****in' hair, will you?

it seems to me like dawson is afraid of him, the way he talks about him.
and I don't blame him, hopkins might be old but he is a badass, on top of probably the best timing on a right counter cross on the planet he has uber elbows and headbutts, and uses the fouls at the perfect moments when the ref is on the other side.
when 911 happened b-hop trained through it. and he wasn't far from ground zero. that's hardcore.
It's simply sports. Ignore the haters and do what you wanna do with the sport. Posting a thread in here won't help you deal with the haters from your barrio any more than wearing a fake Mayweather vs Pacquaio shirt would to the barrio store.
I agree.
Bradley is not ready for Manny yet.
Give it a couple of years Bradley will be a world beater.
Bradley could be Khan right now I think.
no doubt,.
just gotta get rid of his pit bull father
Lampley is supposed to be one of the best broadcasters on the planet. He's doing Boxing on HBO for partially that reason and also because he's been doing it forever. I rarely get annoyed when I watch sports, but that was annoying. The best broadcasters in the world have no business yelling BANG 20 times in a row the way he did. His boss should make him shave his head again
guarantee you steward gave him a stupid look while he was doing that BANG crap too,
because he basically condescended on steward . Kellerman and Lampley are freaking out about how awesome Pac is, and Steward makes a correct observation 'Clottey is actually landing the more effective punches' and Lampley condescends him 'Well what are you talking about'. for a second, steward lost it and yelled at him
I bet you cash money that the other broadcasters, such as Showtime's assortment, Bernstein, Atlas, even guys like Jim Gray who got punked by Toney, etc are all laughing at Lampley right now because he punked himself
