A good read for boxing/Ali fans. It has good depth to each of his fights with build up and quotes. But it was also sad to read of Ali's exploitation by 'friends' and business associates. It would be a good book to give pro fighters starting out in the game as an indication of the ugly side of boxing.

Considering Zab's resume in comparison to Matthew Hatton's does anyone think they should even be sharing a ring? No way for my liking...I know Zab has lost most of his "big" fights but Matthew Hatton is only living off of his brother's name and will be exposed big time.

Following on from a previous thread about Calzaghe's taunting of Jones Jnr - Who remembers this fight between Prince Naseem Hamed and Steve Robinson? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AojO5NZmBmU I can't think of any other fight where a boxer completely embarrasses his opponent as much.

Does anyone know the full story as to why Riddick Bowe gave up the World Title rather than fight Lewis who I believe was the No.1 ranked contender at the time? I think it was 1993 and Bowe dropped the WBC title into a bin?

I don't post on here often but it seems every other post I read someone is being called (Enter boxer's name) "Nuthugger". I know people are loyal to certain boxers and probably do take a biased view from time to time so my idea is to create a sponsor like in AA. So when for example a Mayweather "Nuthugger" wont listen to someone else's oppinion their NEW represented Sponsor can step in and say "Stop Nuthugging". "I'm Ferris Bueller and I'm a Hatton Nuthugger" Thank you!
