He was having such a good 2018 too after winning the first round of Holyfield's (failed) tournament and then signing with Top Rank for an eventual title shot vs Bud. All that good only for him to end the year on this note.

Check out GGG's instagram. He posted a picture of what appears to be The Ring's world championship belt with his name engraved. However, upon closer inspection, it doesn't say "World Championship" on it like the other Ring Magazine belts, it just vaguely says it's an award. The Ring already decided to keep Canelo as its champ after he popped for PEDs, so what the hell is this?
