Is it just me, or Mexican boxing in it's worst state in recent memory? We have Pacquiao killin us, The PRs Killin us and After July 26th, Margarito will be a famous Victim and nothing more. Was Watching Chavez DLH II and was disappointed when Chavez refused to answer the bell. I always thought he was a Mexican warrior. WTF??

As much as I love my Mexican heroes, I don't see any of them lasting more than 5 rounds with Tito. Am I wrong? After watching Tito put Yory boys head in the front row, and watching Tito crush Vargas in round 1, I just can't see Chavez or Sanchez even being competitive.

I am not biased, but I am Mexican. I think Mora can bring it... lately his shots are crisp and well timed. Would love to see Mora vs Cotto in 2009.

I grew up watching Chavez Sr. and I am saddened to se the current state of our fighters. That fight with Ponce and Juanma had me depressed for the past 2 weeks. it's all up to Margarito now to lift the Mexican pride again.
