Inside sources are estimating the PPV buys to exceed 750k.
Canelo/Berlanga also destroyed the UFCs card who had two horrendous croch sniffing main events.
Haters won't be happy let the hate begin.
This is for the ladies in attendance.

If a person is going to doubt the numbers/source, at least come back with numbers/sources of correct numbers
''Those numbers are BS because I hate Nelo :).''

750k+ is pretty insane for a C level opponent if accurate heck even if the number is off by 100k thats still really impressive.
Benavidez/Nelo could do 1.5m+ the marketing would be insane not to mention the buildup.

You are absolutely correct. The PBC is where is at. Al Haymon has done a phenomenal job of building the PBC brand. Which is the reason why Canelo is staying with that company.
Show us the proof u hating ass Cuban?
But if you wanna live in a pretend world we can do that too look Castillo has a win over Floyd, morell "really" lost his last fight too. See we can all choose to believe what we want.
Those numbers are what's being reported you don't like it we all know why commy!
I think he lost to Castillo in the first fight. And you are the one claiming(like another website)that the fight sold for 750k. It's BS. Your canelo's followers are the worst—liars and blinds.
That number is bs. Is base on people posting about the fight before and after the event. They're off a least by 350K+ viewers.

Pretty surprising if true. Canelos stock aint what it was, this wasnt a compelling fight and it went head to head with a UFC. I'd have expected more like 400k.
UFC card was the better night of entertainment anyway, as it pretty much always is in these head to heads, even though the two main fights were underwhelming.
Honestly 750k is really good especially with the 90 dollar price tag, unproven commodity in Berlanga, and the bad undercard. Rolly is the candidate for ugliest fight style of the decade, Plant vs McCumby was good for as long Plant was rusty but once he got into his groove McCumby McCrumbled, and Danny Garcia - just retire man.
Meanwhile, Benavidez has been reduced to fighting on Tanks undercard bc without Canelo name he’s only a star on boxing websites.

:lol1: The OP makes a claim that his idol's fight vs Berlanga had 750k buys, and starts calling doubters names, rather than produce proof. Well, we REALLY believe you now.
Not sure about this source but when a fight does better numbers than expected you start to see reports early in the week. Everything is more automated so it doesn’t take that long.
When a fight bombs you don’t see anything as they look to bury the bad news and hope people forget. Case in point we still haven’t heard official numbers from Crawford’s last fight. Initial rumors were 70K or less bit nothing official.
berlanga will be contently sipping his coffee thinking he really has the island behind him but in reality it was probably made up of the vast amount of canelo butt sniffers, not sure how many buy ppv in mexico itself so they may all be in america
canelo should make the bud fight
i think the mexican AA dynamic even if bud is small and doesnt seem to have that many fans himself would ensure very good ppv buys
If those numbers are accurate then it certainly shows the popularity or Canelo and the devotion of his fans.
As a fan of the sport in general, I won't ever complain about good numbers for a boxing event.
