He done it all tonight. Laughable that it was Linares who nearly got a point taken away! That running, submissive hug in the 12th was shameful. He looked scared of being in a fight at that point. In the 11th as well he held for 2 minutes straight and the ref didn't bat an eye. Some of the worst cheating since the days of Floyd and Andre Ward.
How are people fans of fighters like this?
Yawn! You're not ready, kid. Have a good night. Learn some boxing whilst you're at it.
I guess when you embarrass yourself as bad as you did in this thread, that's all you can say at the end of the day. Have a good one buddy, try to think before you post next time
Lol...so I guess as I should have suspected, you're some kind of weird Haney fan who had his feelings hurt or something by the fight tonight, and that's why you're not making sense.
I never made the claim that Haney did any of those things. I simply said that list is a pretty concise list of what is considered dirty in boxing. And it is. There is no debate about that.
And who said anything about hitting IN the clinch? That wasn't mentioned in that list. You're trying to sound like some expert and you just keep dunking on yourself, lol.
Leave those emotions at the door. You're not making sense.

I'm not gonna expand on anything with you. If you don't know you're allowed to hit in the clinch then like I said FIND A NEW SPORT. Haney isn't visually appealing. With that said, he was hardly what I would consider dirty. Y'all need to go watch old fights cuz y'all be whining about the stupidest ****. Or is it because you don't like a fighter you'll complain about crap that every other fighter has been doing for the last hundred years? Come on.
I'm not gonna expand on nothing with you lmfaoooo..you're allowed to hit out of the clinch. If you don't even know that much then please find a nose sport. ASAP.

I thought Haney used a lot of dirty tactics. The forearm to the face, elbowing was really blatant. The punching to the side and back of the head while holding. But isn’t this what many people call old school, veteran tactics? I’m not sure if it’s a good quality or a bad quality. Remember how Bernard Hopkins got away with dirty fighting and Mayweather used it to his advantage. If a fighter can bend the rules without getting penalized then maybe that’s tthe best thing for them to do. Maybe all fighters should practise dirty fighting.

Since you're going to dig in on that stupid comment - please 1) explain how none of those things besides running are considered dirty?
And 2) what you actually consider dirty instead of those things?
Put that foot all the way in your mouth while you're at it, lol
Just find a new sport. Please.

The only thing he listed that WASN'T dirty is running lol. Everything else there is against the rules and would absolutely be considered dirty if it was intentional.
Just stop man

Everything you stated in your first post, Josh Taylor does and did in his fight against Ramirez. Haney isn't dirty, he was hurt and he held. Taylor wasn't even hurt and did everything you consider dirty.
This is true too.
Very little of that is actually "dirty". So no..

Leaning on an opponents neck/back and pushing down is another goodie
i fear that after this performance haney will adopt a ward like strategy in future fights because hes scared of getting hurt again and he knows he will never be punished.

yes he held for 2 mins straight, and it irritates me that fighters don't know how to deal with clinching in 2021. You have a hurt man in front of you. He's gonna do 1 of 2 things. He's gonna stand and trade or clinch. WHY AREN'T TRAINERS PREPARIING FIGHTERS FOR THIS?????????????????????? I asked this question last week
Yea? Josh Taylor flew to America and unified his division, against an American opponent, with American judges and an American referee. Meanwhile, Devin Haney had to cheat to win and got booed out of his own hometown. Do you have a point? Phaggot.

And he has Josh Taylor as his avatar. LOL
