Yes he's taking boxing seriously but he's not fighting anyone serious. Fair play to him he's making money, but he won't even beat a top contender in the future. if we're gonna be real though, you're gonna be hard pressed to find cats who are fighting someone serious in their third pro fight. unless they have a few hundred amateur fights that is.

Hes legit relative to the fact that hes a novelty act. He does have a bit of ability and athleticism and there are many worse pro boxers out there. But his ceiling outside of these novelty fights would probably be him beating an old journeyman.
