Both have zero defense and both can`t box. It would be laughable watching them trying to stop each other.
I am sure it wouldn`t last more than 3 rounds.
Fury eats Whyte alive. Ruiz also stops him in brutal fashion.
I used to really dislike Whyte but after watching some interviews and the way he handled the loss to Povetkin Ive turned around on him. That said an in shape Ruiz probably takes him apart. I think Whyte should actually be commended on making it this far with the experience he has. He is still so raw its amazing the run he had. A fight between him and Wilder could go either way and Im basing that on pre Fury Wilder. I think Wilders ego got so big his fall was massive when Fury beat his ass. Wilder is this generations Michael Grant at this point..i think he will never fight with the same aggression or confidence he did before. It was all smoke and mirrors any way as many of us here said all along.
I feel like Ruiz and Whyte could get it on.
Let's be honest, Wilder nobody has a clue what's going on there or his appetite for the sport.
id love to see Andy vs wilder
throw ortiz in the mix
ortiz vs whyte, ortiz vs ruiz.
al haymon let go of joyce, yoka and ajagba..
we could have had some huge fights if they promoted the other 3 right too. even if they were in-house pbc fights.
Those names dodge a real bullet, they would have been inactive, just look at the HW that fights under the PBC banner, the only one who seem to be active nowadays is Martin.
Wilder turned down multiple career high offers to fight Whyte. There had to be a reason for that.
I think people like to use the facts Wilder fought Fury as a way to pretend as if he didn’t duck Whyte. He ducked Whyte twice before the Fury fights. He took less money to fight others when he had a good offer on the table to fight Whyte. Not only do they try to deflect, they also try to bring up Ortiz name, you ask them what offers were made to Whyte to fight Ortiz and they would deflect that conversation again.

I'm cool with throwing Ortiz in there as well ..
Whyte vs Wilder , Whyte vs Ruiz, Wilder vs Ruiz .I'm down for any of those

Agreed.
You could tell from his attitude during the post fight interview that its not a fight he's keen on at all. He didn't mention Wilder at all despite the interviewer pushing for it and Eddie mentioning it (probably to prevent him from messing with his 2-fight unification plans).
Why would he mention someone who has no belt and has refused to fight him multiple times in the past?
I’ve never been sold on Whyte either. He has twenty pound of fat he could lose to be in his best shape. He’s flat footed and his front leg straightens right up very often in his stance. He needs to tighten up every aspect of his game, but that’s never gong to happen. I’d expect Wilder to be able to keep him at range and land hard rights until one sends him down for good. It’d be a good comeback fight for Wilder if he’s even capable of coming back. I don’t see Whyte wanting the fight at all though if he can sit around and get a title shot after the two champs shake things out. Whyte could fight a bum in between. Plus I expect Wilders team to try and blast some bums too. There’s Andy Ruiz also, but I expect it makes too much sense for the fans for any of these guys to try and cancel each other out. They will all try and be that next opponent for whoever emerges between AJ and Fury. Who knows how long that could take.

Why is Wilder so afraid to fight him then? I think bodysnatcher brutalises the skinny basketball player
This comment here is how I think Whyte is able to still command PPVs. He's built up this rep amongst the casual British fucktards of being this former roadman who boxers are afraid of. In reality, Whyte has walked away from numerous fights against the likes of Ortiz (twice) and Breazeale. You have to be a fucking retard to think the guy who fights the best fighter in the division is afraid of the guy who gets iced by a 41 year old shot fighter. The logic makes no sense at all.
Wilder needs space to land his right hand. I think Whyte looks to maul him from the off and it won't suit Deontay if Whyte's able to sit on his chest. But how the fight goes would likely depend a lot on the ref - if he's quick to break them and does so often, it opens up opportunities for Wilder to land a fight-ending shot. The more times they're forced to reset, the more likely Wilder landing that shot becomes.
I hope it happens. Outside of Fury/Joshua/Wilder, a fight between any of Whyte, Wilder and Ruiz are the most interesting in the division.

This fake ass bum Whyte is a C level fighter and will get destroyed by Wilder early. He is too slow and clumsy.
