He couldn't handle the fact that he got beat by a white man, because he belived like Hopkins that no "white boy could beat him" and this racial anxiety/insecurity destroyed him when he got destroyed by Fury. There's an element within some black sports fan, whenever a white athlete is successful. You tend to see some insecurity. They have to re-inforce how they are the "superior athlete" or they have to call the guy a "great white hope", they can't handle when a white athlete, in this case, a boxer who is successful.
Wilder created a racial narrative. He tried to position himself as representing all black people and Fury was representing all white people. Fury, rightfully, try to shut that narrative down but Wilder was going on with it. When Wilder lost, it broke him, it completely fractured his mind. If he would of lost to a black guy I can gurantee he wouldn't of reacted the same way. racial anxiety/insecurity destroyed this dude
imagne continuing to stann for a complete hype job that lost to the only great fighter he has faced, a loser that accuses his trainer of being a double agent, who makes up crazy conspiracies, a sore loser etc.
How do you do it?
Why do you give a fuck who I root for in a boxing ring? You’re the one that’s Wilder this and Wilder that. When are you going to get a fucking life?
This is a thing you're not going to like about me probably. It sounds ignorant as ****, like as if I've never even graced a gym, but, it comes from historical knowledge not ignorance.
I wholeheartedly believe boxing skills are overrated.
It wasn't Daniel Mendoza brings the idea of hit and don't be hit back then all of a sudden the hit me I hit you back harder types are being dominated by hit and don't be hit back types, they weren't. Boxing as a skillset moves away from the old being tougher and hitting harder mindset solely and exclusively because boxers who hit and don't get hit have longer careers and make more money.
There is no exodus of skills based on in ring results, just wallets.
That said, I believe it's an extreme mistake and mishandling to take a solid former and try to create a latter out of him. I'd focus on Wilder's power and use that one asset to overcome what is in reality money making skills not winning skills.
Marciano does a lot of wrong too, if you're a boxer, if you're a 18th century prizefighter he's just super talented.
Wilder does be patient and wait for his one. He watches the same thing happen over and over again and relies on his man becoming comfortable. Imagine if Wilder even attempted a move like Marciano's "Phantom Overhead". With that power and a decent trap that works with doing things improperly you can have all the speed, reflexes, and know how in the world, you just end up like Joe, looking dead.
I don't believe in right and wrong was to fight, just results, and in that regard boxing as a skill set has nothing to brag about. There has been at least ten other undefeated HW champions between 686BC and now, outside of Rock, none of them QB champions of course, and so, not one ever in the entire history of boxing has ever been a boxer. Punchers across the entire history. Maybe there's something in that, but, my point here isn't to allude to the puncher or natural talent as superior, no, just as valid though as any boxer. They have their wins as well, from a historical perspective.
I think punchers are legit and have their own set of skills. To me it is a numbers game... How many shots can the puncher have at the apple? so to speak? A puncher never has to worry about winning a fight, so much as creating enough opprtunities. 12 round championship fights are a real disservice to legit punchers...
Marciano had more skills than most credit him with, though his iron will and relentless pressure was truly, as you once put it, once in seven generations.
Wilder used that costume for black history month, and when he lost his costume being heavy was the first excuse. That was hilarious whatever way you slice it.

They hyping up Matthew Boling but I doubt he will make the Olympic team.
It's probably true. A lot of black fighters can't handle losing to a white boy.
But the boxing ring is a truth machine. At the end of the day it all comes down to your skill, your will, and your conditioning.
Your race isn't going to save you in there.
Wilder's not even ruined. Y'all gonna eat yer words when the man comes around.
Besides that, Wilder doesn't represent the black man alone. Wilder goes out of his way to include Dixie. He is the southern black champion. The single greatest force in boxing history, it's something to be proud of. We got Robinson, Ali, and Louis. Wilder has the opportunity to join them and looks to.
Only reason to not like Deontay is because you're bias. He's done everything right while others with more advantages pansy ass around talking about their money or activity like the fruitloops they are.
"Only reason not to like awikder is bias."
FOOH. Guy is a lying pos. Ducked Aj,, blames his costume (lmao) his trainer, the water,, the gloves, the ref, Anthony Dirrell and the tooth fairy for his loss, everyone but the man in the mirror he has also severely disrespected the sport and all.fighter by stating that he'd like to kill a man in the ring
Get out of here trying to tell me I gotta like this pos or I am bias. And in case you're gonna be racist, I'm a white dude (UK) who really hopes AJ batters Fury, and I believe he will. You have more race baiting stateside than UK.
Before the second Fury fight, I mentioned how Wilder is now completely at a delusional state of mind, I wanted to see the Wilder who fought Bermane stiverne the first time. But he went completely delusional after running Breazeale over in a round, and doing nothing for 6 rounds but land the right hand. I said it here many times that he has now fell in love with his power. And the fact that he went all racial for that fight, and felt like he was fighting a race war, made it all more difficult for him to process his defeat, hence why he is pulling any excuses he could see out of his ass, to justify why he lost.
It could have been a factor but he also believed his own bs saying things like he needs to only be perfect for 2 seconds I.E I don't have to learn boxing skills.
I tend to agree with this more than the anything
If you only lean on your power, eventually that will cease to work
It's like how before all of the passing rules, in the NFL, you couldn't win a super bowl without a balanced offense and a decent defense.
Some love to project inner feelings on the interwebs because it's a safe place for them.
You had Americans cheering for a UK fighter with a documented racist history and a known steroid cheat. He told Wilder dance for me boy during the build up or was that forgotten?
He looks like he’s having a good time living his life to me. I think that burns you guys more than anything.
Apart from all the crying, lying, embarrassment and excuses I have no doubt he is still living the dream.
He looks like he’s having a good time living his life to me. I think that burns you guys more than anything.
Yes, Wilder is clearly extremely competitive and has not accepted this defeat.
That is some ways, highlights that he has not been broken by Tyson Fury.
The war is not over between him and Fury in his mind.
I don't think he is a better fighter than Fury, but the man is game 'You watch how people will be petrified once again for Fury, if the third fight happens'.

A war is a collection of many battles, in Wilder's mind? The war between him and Fury is not over.
Wilder could so easily spark Fury out IF Fury faces him again 'He has that type of ability'.
I don't think Wilder is broken, just does not know how to handle his loss to Tyson Fury.
Well race could be a part of why he has chosen to humiliate himself after the defeat. He was pushing the racial white v black thing in the build up with TILL THIS DAYUYIYUYUY and black history trivia.
But overall I just think he is a narcissist lunatic who can't handle a loss oven any form of constructive criticism which explains what Breland was saying about life in his training camps and the fact he prefers to do interviews with the LDBC who will like his crack all interview and sound as stupid as him.
