GGG’s physique looks completely different than his previous weigh ins.
You can see the striations in his muscle and they look much more sharp and defined. Before he looked much flatter.
I know y’all see that!!
Everybody noticed his physique was much different than before, even the commentators.
Any possible explanations anybody?
My opinions is he put on a few more lbs of muscle and the fight week cut was more serious than in the past so what we get on weigh-in is a more dried out GGG than usual thats why the muscle striations are crazy and.... he has a few more lbs of muscle on his frame. All of which is extremely possible naturally.

- -U coming out or jus coming?
This fuckin Borat stan...LMFAO
That your work then, man, S&C?
Never worked as a "S&C" or in a "S&C" capacity, mostly just in a personal trainer capacity but ive been involved as an assistant in a S&C envoirment but I was just there as a helping hand soaking up knowledge.
Algieri and other commentator both just said this is the best physique they’ve seen from GGG ever.
So we all notice the difference in physique...
And nobody is saying “muscles win fights” were just wondering why all of a sudden he has this real sculpted tone to him at 38 yrs. old.
Muscles don't win fights. He is still the same guy who looked bad against top level MWs and he is fighting a low level MW right now. He is washed up. A shot Kell brook also looked great at the weigh in in the fight with crawford, so what's your point?
I see and yeah he does looks cut up to a new level.
I think maybe he just finally hired someone who knows what they are doing, just like their levels in this sport in terms of skills there is also levels to the fitness game. For example I know my **** and I can get anyone down to 10-15% body fat quite easily, but getting below 10% is where it will be hard cause now you have to have experience in manipulating the persons macros and not shutting down his metabolism where he will have to work x10 harder just to drop bf% when the right person know what hes doing can keep his metabolism firing and now you can drop bf% easier.
I also cringe when I see boxers with their bros, or uncles as the S&C, this is a serious overlook imo for figthers. Its not as easy as just looking at a few youtube videos and repeating it.

I don't remember him looking like that. He looks ****en strong. Maybe he is taking some new products or PED, who ****en knows!
That’s what I’m saying bro!!
GGG has never been known for an aesthetic physique or cut up muscles, and all of a sudden he looks shredded!
He used to look more flat and less definition.
He does look more defined, but I've always found it interesting how his belly doesn't really look super solid. I'm not saying it's not strong and solid, but he never looks to have "washboard abs" despite the rest of his upper body looking seriously shredded.
hgh gut from insulin

Thanks for that will have a good read a bit later on the run atm, the bit about sodium, the way it works is the cell membrane works by osmosis, where it balances certain ions either side of the membrane wall, when you load up on salt it holds onto water this can be seen as a puffy look, when one takes the salt away you shed the water, this old method is where you can see different levels of dehydration based on how much retention the sodium was causing and how much you were taking, when you mess with the minerals in the body sht can happen, it screws up how your muscles fire.
Again thanks for that.
yeah, the game is always pros and cons.
Didn't GGG say he was working more power the last year? he seemed very cardio focused before and just naturally strong?
Could see him adopt a lower output and more power shots as he gets older.
Maybe he has got a little older grown a little more and so to make the same weight he must be slightly less body fat %, body builders have the same effect as they get older they get more striated, he could off also dried out different, you have fluid balance, fat muscle % relationship and its all changing as you age.
This forum is fixated on muscles means steroids', its comical the boys in here couldnt do a 1/4 of what GGG would train..
Maybe.. but we don't know either way.
