Why so many good boxers from Yemen in the UK?

The real fact of this matter is that they are ALL UK fighters. All this 'heritage' stuff is total and complete BS. Nobody is saying that they are not UK fighters, but there is a difference between nationality and ethnicity/heritage. Only if you have a racial agenda. Well said and I agree here. Britain is a very ethnically diverse place, probably P4P one of the most diverse countries on the planet. You could go into any city centre pedestrian area on any given day, and if you profiled 100 people, you'd probably have 40-50 different nationalities. Just the way it is. If people come here, muck in, and respect the culture, there's no problem with the man on the street. Britain is a welcoming place for foriegners and immigrants, regardless of what the media will have you believe. Canada is probably more diverse now, because even if you don't want to muck in and respect the culture, it's our fault.

Yemenis are a tough bunch among the Arabs. Also, how many elite white fighters had the UK had? People of other races tend to excel more because of their life situations. There have been plenty of elite white UK fighters. Why make this about race when it clearly isn't to do with it? It's to do with cultural and socioeconomic background most of the time.
