Not a good look. Thing is gonna split wide soon as Whyte lands a jab. Are we being sold a dud here? A rollover?
Interview was conducted yesteday (Thursday 20th August), late afternoon. So two days until the opening bell and that lip isn't going to miraculously heal...
The lip isn't a factor but I'm hoping this one ends explosively inside of 5. Neither of these guys has much stamina, Povetkin used to but not now. By the 8th this could be a real ugly slog.
I've got $50 on PEDvetkin. He might still have some secret sauce left especially with a lengthy period of NO drug testing. Who knows?
I'd say that's a safe bet

Definitely a target. If he had to come down in weight id say dehydration, but thats not the case.
Split lip or not, judging by his performance against a smaller Hunter, Povetkin is no match here. I'll be surprised if he lasts past the first half.
Whyte will have problems against guys like Dubois, Joyce, etc. not the likes of Hunter, Povetkin, etc.
You never know with this sort of things, Fury had a bad gash after the wallin fight, some thought it would be opened easily with a few rounds against Wilder, we all saw what happened there. This is HW boxing.
