The real losers here are the fans, this is one of the fights I've been most looking forward to.

I hope Benavidez beats him into retirement. Fighters bragging about mental weakness, crying on Instagram, documentaries on bum rainbows like Orlando Cruz. Needless to say I hope all these fighters die slow deaths and get as far away from our amazing sport as quick as possible. I hope their fans join in a massive group suicide. Go ahead and drink the kool aid.

I dont see much of a problem because Unifications are rare anyway....so all Plant has to do is defend his title against Benavidez and POOF, we have a 12 round title fight!

Plant would have beat him IMO.

He'll make a 168 lbs again. The only reason why he didn't make it this time is probably due to this pandemic where everyone is quarantined and it's more likely than not that he had to cut a few extra pounds because of it by being less active than usual.

Benavidez would probably beat him if he could make weight and be fit at 168. He is only 22 years old so maybe he should move to 175. Three pounds is a very big miss.

Yeah I gotta say that as a fighter with great ambitions, this is a major blow to his plans. I feel for him.

Caleb can run his mouth all he wants, at the end of the day David will again find a way to get another title and become and undefeated 3x SMW champ and I guarantee you he makes 168 for plant

I don’t even think that’s sarcasm. I think he was really looking forward to a PPV unification advised by Haymon that would set he and his wife good. He knows he’s not a huge gate seller and GBP said Caleb wouldn’t get another shot, particularly because he’s associated with Haymon. I think he’s truly crying Do you get off talking out of your ass?
